We've had Loretta clean our office for a few months now and could NOT be happier. She is truly a gem and just her presence alone brings us all joy - not just the fact that she always leaves a spotless office. SO lucky to have her & Marry Maids!

I want Elise and her team every single time , they were that good.
I booked a deep clean that honestly would’ve taken me two full days to do myself. Elise’s team came in and knocked it out in just two hours. My house was a complete disaster before they arrived, and when they left… it was CLEAN clean.
You can tell they take pride in their work, and it absolutely shows in every detail. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

What a great first time experience with Merry Maids Fort Worth team Connie and Delores. Connie and Delores did such a good job on the deep cleaning and communication with them as they headed our way and even after finishing the cleaning was so appreciated. Everyone at the FTW office was so prompt and professional handling my concerns due to my mother the recipient of the cleaning, is elderly. My mom has even requested for Connie and Delores to return for the next cleaning coming up.

I have tried maybe cleaning services near me but now that I have used Merry Maids Of Fort Worth for home cleaning I will only use them for my reoccurring weekly service. They are on-time, great value. They have weekly, biweekly, and every 4 week options. Layla is my favorite person. The management staff is very easy to contact. They answer your needs immediately.

I asked for a deep clean of the entire house. It was NOT a deep clean. There were areas that were never even touched. I can't believe there are cleaning people who don't know what a deep clean is, but evidently they exist. I will never recommend Merry Maids to anyone - not even my worst enemy.
I am editing my review today. The Merry Maids have apologized profusely for the poor cleaning job. They said the girls were young and not trained properly for my deep clean. They offered me a free cleaning which I refused and then they offered to refund my money. I spoke at length with them about the transformation of the company. The last attempt to get my business was a beautiful bouquet of roses. I understand now that they are making a real effort to make the Merry Maids a better service. I'm confident that they are doing a much better job. I am very pleased with their efforts.

The ladies that cleaned our home were great! They were both so friendly and detail oriented! They did a fantastic job. Our home is older and large with two kitchens and an outdoor livingroom. In addition to that there are 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It’s a lot to clean and to be detailed with but they knocked it out of the park!

Call Marianas House cleaning because I had just bought a home in the area and after construction the house was a mess. Dust everywhere from the work done remodeling, plus none of my beds not made, and all the windows dirty. They came the same day as the call to give me a quote and the very next day came and spent 3 hours cleaning all. They went above and beyond.
