I was really nervous about having someone come in to clean my home, but the ladies from The Cleaning Authority have made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The initial inspection was simple and the representatives were able to answer all of my questions. Team 6 (Sandy, Hanna, and Lidia) performed my Initial Clean A, and my house looks amazing! The team was super friendly, fun to chat with, and amazingly efficient at their jobs. I felt comfortable having them here the entire time, and I feel amazing now that my house has been brought back to a clean, comfortable environment.

I love the weekends when our team comes out to service our house. This weekend was my daughter's birthday party and they took the stress of having to clean the house before the guests arrived (I just have to clean after they leave 😂). Thank you Chanel, Amanda and Veronica for all you do for our family.

The ladies did a great job. First time using service. The salesman under quoted and wanted more during the job, but I said hell no, and the office person I complained to honored the price. But the cleaning crew did great.

They did a great job of cleaning my parents’ home as they readied it for the real estate market. I live in another state so it’s been great that I could arrange it from a distance and trust them to do a good job. Communication has been excellent and Chris was so kind to me during the process of moving my parents out of their home.

A shout out to Julie. She did a fabulous job on my home today. I had to skip for 2 weeks and it really needed cleaning. She jumped right in and took care of it!!! Thanks Julie!!!

Extremely satisfied with my house cleaning with Ms. Claudia!!!! She always does a wonderful job making my house feel so clean and comfortable and she always pays close attention to detail. She also has such a positive attitude and is so sweet, I always feel very comfortable with her in my home. I appreciate her so much and feel so lucky to have someone so consistent- it feels like a weight off my shoulders after she is done and every interaction I’ve had with Ms. Claudia has been so pleasant - I just want others to know how special she is and how much I would recommend her service!!

Kelly does a wonderful cleaning for us. We are glad to see her every 2 weeks. She is very pleasant and organizes her time as soon as she gets here. She is a real bonus for Merry Maids!

Wonderful job!! The lake house had not been cleaned in a lot time-really needed a deep clean. Mary Turner cleaned the ceiling fans, got the cobwebs, moved furniture to get the dust and stuff behind it. Everything looks great!!

Overall it was a good job but I will saw there were spots that weren’t cleaned like the baseboards , and some cabinets . As well as staff left right away and didn’t discuss like a walk through to make sure everything was too my liking . I did appreciate them talking and working efficiently and together but I really wanted focus on baseboards since those were places I couldn’t get it . Cruz walked with me in the bathroom to make sure I liked it which was nice as well .i would’ve liked them to explain what they were gonna clean and if they seen my memo notes since it was my first time . It makes customers more at ease ". I went back and cleaned some stuff myself and i don’t feel like for the price and “deep cleaning” that I should’ve had to do this . I might check out a different company .

Maxine and her crew were the consummate professionals and did a very good job in fully cleaning my house before listing to sell. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend using them!

I tried several times to put in this review Loretta is amazing, when she arrived her co-worker wasn't able to be there. I explained what I was needing done. Loretta was very understanding, helpful and was very considerate of my things. I felt heard, understood, and was treated so kindly. Job was big. She did great!!

From what I saw everything looks good. My niece was there and said they worked their butts off . I’m very glad I chose this company. Thank you.

Connie from merry maids is amazing. She's punctual and very detail oriented. She misses nothing.

Mary is very thorough and always show up on time. She is super reliable and very consistent. We are very happy with her performance and cleanliness. She is always courteous and my father in law house always smell so clean after she is done. She pays attention to all the places. We are very happy with her performance. Diane in the office is super helpful and always let us know when Mary is coming. I would recommend Merry Maids to everyone.

They do not do a good job cleaning and have been charging my account randomly and for different amounts. They charged me $150 extra today without approval. Do not use them.
