I couldn't be happier with the home cleaning service I received. LORETTA was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every room was spotless — LORETTA even took care of little details I hadn’t thought of, like baseboards and light switches. The house smelled fresh and looked amazing when she was done. Communication was smooth from booking to completion. I’ll definitely be using their services again and highly recommend LORETTA to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning!

Mary cleaned the ceiling fans, blinds and window sills and I was very pleased. Loretta cleaned master bathroom and kitchen and I am a happy camper. Kelly cleaned the other bathroom, base boards and my office. I was very satisfied. I needed my home cleaned for a showing and they did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend.

I gifted a deep house cleaning to a friend and they really came through and did a great job. There were some minor things that weren’t done as expected, but overall the staff was fantastic to work with and really listened to my concerns.

Most of the house was clean but the couches didn’t get vacuumed, the pantry and master closets didn’t get swept out, the appliances didn’t get wiped down on the front and one of the showers didn’t get cleaned. But after I left a review they did offer to come back the next day to clean those things but I had already done it so they offered to take off $25.

Star and Elda were wonderful. I had a deep cleaning and everything looks great. I'm looking forward to their monthly service.

I have used other cleaning services and have never had to go back and clean after they finished. I booked a move out clean for my apartment and the extra fees I paid for the fridge being cleaned and the stove were not worthwhile, as my mom and I had to go back and clean those areas. Our floors looked as if they had not been swept and were barely mopped (the bathroom areas had not been mopped.) Cleaning product had been left in the stove and not properly wiped out. My mom had to ask that it be wiped out and we still had to go back and properly clean the stove. The refrigerator still had debris in the freezer and top shelf, so I had to clean that as well. My mom went out and bought a broom to sweep and found hair and trash throughout the apartment, and there were still cobwebs in the bathroom corners. I also had to re-paint a portion of our mudroom because something was placed there and left marks and instead of being wiped off it was left behind.

I used this company for a deep clean and have biweekly cleanings scheduled. Loretta came and did the deep clean and she did a great job. She is a sweet woman as well

Dora is a wonderful Merry Maid team member: She is thorough, fast, does not cut corners and makes sure you are happy just by asking if I am happy with my services. I am happy that I have one thing in life covered. I can focus on my work.

The ladies live up up to their name "Merry", they came in happy and ready to do a good job. I loved the team you sent yesterday. Of course we always have had Elda the Lead person who does a perfect job and doesn't miss a thing. Her new assistant to us was as equally as merry and stepped right in like she had been coming here all along. We had an inspector come for our windows installed and they weren't shy they just worked around him and us. He wanted to know who they were and how much they cost. He liked they keep doing their job quietly around us but didn't miss the places to clean just because he was there. I would like these same two to come back each time if possible! 🩷🩷

Merry Maids has been wonderful … to have someone come in every two weeks to clean my home has been such a help. Dora is amazing … she takes care with every detail and the entire house smells clean and looks amazing when she is done.

My apartment looked brand new once they finished. My techs were Fabiola and Denise. It was my move out day, but by the time they finished their hard work, I felt like staying. Great experience - they came in didn’t mess around and got the job done very thoroughly. I had a deep clean. I liked being able to text them to communicate. Very easy to work with. Would recommend!!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: (service Nov. 25, 2025) Dora was very nice, but the tasks that were listed under deep cleaning were not done. Things that were attempted were completed about 85% of the way. I expected a sparklingly clean house for the holidays, but we paid nearly $200 for there to still be spots on our mirrors, dirt in the corners, cabinets and countertops not wiped, and baseboards ignored.

She may have felt rushed by the estimated time set by the scheduler, but if these tasks aren't doable within the time listed, something needs to be said by the maid or the scheduler/salesman is underestimating time needed.

Ms. Mary came out and cleaned all the areas we needed cleaned in our newly purchased home. She cleaned our blinds slat by slat, wiped every door on each side, cleaned the refrigerator and all spots that gather dirt over time. We now have a clean, fresh house to move into and settle down. We are impressed and appreciative.
