Big Thank you to Cassius from Purple Care. Very customer first focused. We had a great chat about seasonal changes for grass, plants and trees and associated care changes. He spoke to me like I was the only customer he had to worry about - no haste or rush at all. He is easy to understand on yard care details and treatments - and very professional. Always a fantastic experience. They get the job done. Honestly my guy Cassius is an arcana of lawncare information. When he starts talking I get lost lol. My eyes glaze over because it’s not my goto topic but he is amazingly well versed.

My “yard” is over an acre and weed free thanks to Purple Care. Hire them, heed and execute their suggestions and you to will have a fully weed free manicured yard.

Today Tony came out to do their routine maintenance and brought to my attention an issue. I was thankful because I usually am not available when Purple Care sprays and it was nice to have open communication. Very friendly and knowledgeable business, have seen improvement in my yard!

I have bi-monthly pest control with Purple Care & I have Caleb as my technician. He is awesome!!! Every time he's came out to treat he has been very knowledgable & kind & doesn't hesitate to make sure our needs are met!

Blake came out yesterday to take care of outside pests for the season. He knows everything about all the bugs! He walked all around the outside of the house to look at any problem areas and he told me what he would be doing during this service. He even found a couple of live fire ant piles that I didn't notice. He's very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend him & Purple Care for pest control.

I received my 1st extermination service today with Buck and Ian and they were both pleasant and professional. They listened to my concerns and went straight to work. Thank you both!

Purple Care re-graveled my driveway. They did a great job of removing my old gravel and grass. They applied three applications of gravel, tamping down each application. When I walk on my driveway now, I feel like I'm walking on stable ground. They did a great job!

JJ is our technician and he has been great! We bought the property and were unsure if the home had ever been properly treated for pests. He came right over and made sure we were all taken care of for spring.

**Update** 6 months into our services with JJ at Purple Care and we are so happy! We see VERY few bugs in & around the house which is hard when living in the country! JJ is always on time and quick. He makes sure our dogs are put up and safe before he sprays too. 10/10 recommend!

Technician did a great job. He scheduled his stop so I could be home to treat a problem area. He even blew off the acorns and twigs on my driveway. Thank you.

I can’t say enough great things about Danielle from Purple Care Lawn Service! From the very first visit, her communication has been top-notch. She always gives me a heads-up before appointments, which I really appreciate — it shows she respects my time and wants to make sure I’m kept in the loop.

Fertilizer Service : TOP NOTCH!! Danielle Is fantastic. She spends the time needed to hear what the trouble spots are and then spends the time needed to service and to spray for weeds. I have used my share of companies over the years, offering the traditional “dump and run” service. I can confirm this is NOT the business model of Purple Care. I guess they put “care” in the name because they actually care. Rare to find these days.

Sod Installation: TOP NOTCH!!! I have to admit I was nervous. Purple Care did a fantastic job. Blake and his crew explained each step of the process.

Hard workers at Purple Care as a whole. They also love their jobs, it is obvious. So happy I found Purple Care this year.

Gavin and his crew provided a thorough inspection and subsequently suggested and completed some improvements that could make our home less susceptible to pests. Gavin and the crew were knowledgeable, professional, on-time, and great to work with! I would highly recommend!

Buck was amazing. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do prior to starting so that I was aware. Any questions I had, he was quick to answer. Very knowledgeable. Buck was friendly and a joy to work with. You could tell he really loves and cares about the job he does. 10/10 recommend and am very grateful for Purple Care.

The service is a joke and the work doesn’t match up to the luxury price tag. Just avoid them.

These guys did about $13k worth of work on our landscape. Explanation of the scope of work was communicated over the phone since we were not moved in at the time of quote. Among the work to be done, all gutters were to be routed underground. They missed one and that was blamed on me for not catching it in their quote. Again, we were not moved into the house so I’m not sure how they expected me to catch it vs the guy who was actually on site. Of course, that required an extra $2k to solve.

Against my better judgement, I signed up for their lawn and pest care after this. Every time they leave, you get a note that they find something wrong with your property and you should sign up for a $300-400 service to fix it. The employee will never knock on your door and explain it to you or show you the problem. You just get an email saying you need to pay for more services.

Remember the house work? Oh yeah it destroyed 50% of our irrigation. Another $1.8k to fix and they refused any responsibility. They said there was no way they could have known the irrigation system was in the dig location but the sprinkler heads were sticking out of the ground less than an inch away from the site. So that was a complete lie.

6 months later I got an email that they short billed me for the work that damaged my property and they would be collecting the charge despite all the issues it caused.

The only two things you can count on Purple Care to do is screw up and upsell you more services.
They’ve failed literally every step of the way. It’s impressive how consistent they are at it. Avoid.

I had two Purple Care technicians, Marvin and Danielle, come out today for a lawn treatment, and they were absolutely wonderful! Both were polite, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing. They were efficient and respectful of the property, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. It’s always great to have a team that’s both knowledgeable and friendly. Marvin and Danielle definitely represent Purple Care well! Highly recommend their service.

Purple Care has provided lawn treatment and pest control for my home for about eight years. Technicians and office staff communicate well and I am pleased with the quality of their work. I recently renewed my contract and appreciated the way Felicia helped me set up an easy payment plan.

Buck was great to work with. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and thorough with pest control on the inside and outside of my home, but he was incredibly friendly and personable and he genuinely wants to build a trust and communication with his accounts to maintain a solid business relationship. I'm truly impressed with Buck and Purple Care thus far.
