I just want to say Buck and Ian stopped by to treat my house with Purple Care, they were extremely thorough and pleasant! They did a fabulous job. Thank you both so much!!

Today was my first experience with Purple Care and the first time they came to my house. Buck was very friendly, polite, and professional. He sprayed both inside and outside and explained everything clearly. He believes in the products but offered to come back if another treatment is needed, and would contact me in advance when he’s in the area. Great customer service.

Blake did an awesome job explaining everything to me and doing everything I asked him to do. We’ve had issues with ants in our home before, but some technicians said they couldn’t spray in our house. He was able to spray everywhere traps down where they were coming into our home at. Would highly recommend PC and Blake as your technician.

Bottom line: We have invested quite a bit of money with Purple Care, and our lawn is in worse condition than when we started.

After noticing the poor condition of our lawn—despite supposedly having had service just a few weeks earlier—we reached out to Purple Care. We were told that the technician treated the front yard but did not treat the back because of a “locked gate” issue. However, we were home at the time, no one knocked on our door, and one of our gates is always left unlocked specifically for service providers, a detail we shared with Purple Care when service began. They did reschedule and complete that missed service at no cost, which we appreciated. However we were disappointed that we were not proactively notified.

Our concerns deepened when we learned that the original technician had been let go for performance issues. When we requested additional information to verify that services had been performed correctly, we were met with an accusatory and defensive tone. Had this been handled more professionally we might have stayed with the company.

Purple Care did provide photographs they said were time-stamped, the timestamps did not carry through the emails, and our follow-up questions were not handled professionally. It is possible that all services were performed, but if so, the results are unacceptable and the tone by customer service was as well.

Ultimately, if results, customer service, and integrity are important to you, I would strongly recommend considering other options.

Hunter and Scott came out. What nice men! They were extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They explained everything to my husband & I, as we are new to the area and some of this we have never dealt with before.
Everyone I’ve dealt with from office staff, technicians and sales have been so knowledgeable and and helpful.

Blake from Purple Care provided pest services for us today. He was scheduled in the morning and contacted us when he was 30 minutes out and arrived on time. Upon arrival we met with him briefly to provide our concerns and he acknowledged them and went to work.

I also wanted to mention his attention to detail as he insured all of our eves and garage door openings were were completed brushed out to include my metal building, Nice Work and Thanks for a job well done!

I just recently completed a landscape project with Purple Care. I worked very close with Eric. We had several in person meetings and conversations before reaching the perfect design. I am thoroughly happy and pleased with the final outcome. The stone work was incredible. The contractors I worked with were very accommodating. Eric picked out the perfect plants and shrubs. The lighting that was added really accented the overall design. I would totally recommend Purple Care for anyone considering any future landscape projects.

I've never dealt with a more horrid company. This is what nearly 10k will get you, bad customer service with no lack of accountability for products or services. Purple removed a tree from my yard and some other services as well, in May 2024..These are the pics of June 2025 when the tree started growing back all over the lawn. Purple was contacted and customer service was rude, nasty, unprofessional and dismissive offering not even a basic suggestion for the dilemma, only stating that we were over the 1 year of our contract (literally by 2 week I even emailed the owner of the company and he has not yet to respond. This is a situation where a company takes your $, if the services is ok, then you win, if it does not, you lose big time, because it's obvious they do not care about customer retention or stand by their services. No integrity at all. Folks please find another company to deal with.

Cassius with Purple Care is beyond knowledgeable and takes extreme pride in his job. He is always more than willing to take the time to talk to me about my yard and things we can do to improve it. His experience and knowledge speaks for itself. I couldn’t recommend Purple Care and Cassius anymore!! Thank you so much for your hard work in making my new yard look fantastic.

Cody is very thorough treating my lawn. He is very professional and friendly. l have the best looking yard in my neighbourhood, people stop when I'm mowing or edging and compliment me on how good it looks and can't believe it's weed free. I owe it all to Cody and Purple Care and would not use anyone else. My neighbour down the street text and asked who I used to treat my yard, now he uses Purple Care as well. Great job guys, good business are hard to find and I'm glad I found one in Purple Care.

Called on Wednesday during their listed office hours and got voice mail. I left a message with my phone number. It's now Sunday night and they have not called. Thankfully I found someone else more communicative to work on my lawn.
