I called to get a quote for my lawn and was told they didn't have time to look at my yard. I get being busy, but you can't get new business if you turn people away. They need to work with some other contractors to spread the work load if they're "so busy".

Would NOT use this company again under any circumstances. They performed work without giving us a quote & charged us $1500 for 2 hours of work!! Plenty of other options out there look elsewhere!!

These guys to the place where I work. They have a guy on the weedeater that weedeats tiny little weeds in the cracks in the parking lot. Unfortunately the rocks he is kicking up hitting the cars are way bigger than the tiny weeds. The guy on the riding mower runs over the 6 foot wide section of grass 4 times and does not use a chute blocker while the chute faces cars. So their mower must need new blades apparently and they have no regard for flying debris going towards the cars and people in the complex. I too run a lawn service and these 5 guys spend an hour at this very small place. I could do it by myself in 3I minutes. I will speak to the owner today to see if I can get his business away from these obvious idiots.

Texas Lawns far exceeded our expectations and did an amazing job at Old Town Market. They were professional and their craftmanship is second to none. I highly recommend!

Victor and Roberto did an awesome job fixing my sprinkler system. They knew what they were doing and were good at customer communication. I will use no one else but Texas Lawns in the future!

I don't understand how this business is still active. When you call to get service on you sprinkler system you will initially get an answer from a female the seems helpful and that a technician will be out the service your sprinkler. A week later no one will call or come to your house. You will literally have to call at least 3 times or more to get someone to come out. This is not something that just happened once and I leave a negative comment. This has happen on multiple occasions. Find another place to install and/or service your lawn and/or sprinkler system.

Horrible service. And they gave a price over the phone for 475.00 a zone I said we wanted a six zones Courtney in sales said would be 2850.00 plus tax and they would call Monday to look. Never called. I called back Monday afternoon they said they would send quote over, waited till Tuesday nothing was received. I called back and they said well they have a minimum of 8 zones now. Funny they did not mention a minimum on Friday. I said I ask for size as that had been the quote I received from others. Courtney said well I have only worked here since December and my boss says min of 8 zones. Bad business bad customer service and they lie to cover their mistakes. I would not use them. Bet they would not stand behind their work. Their rating is quite low anyways.

3/31/2025 12pm This company was mowing the center medias on Ft worth hwy in Hudson oaks /Parker county/ after the sign of Hudson oaks city limits. The people that mowed was tossing grass, rocks and who knows what else all over the road and cars. Horrible service and irresponsible company and shame on Hudson oaks that hired you to waste taxpayers money to damage their vehicles.

I recommend Texas Lawns to everyone who has landscaping and/or irrigation needs. Give yourself peace of mind that the job will be done well!
My husband and I have had several great experiences with Texas Lawns. They installed our landscape and irrigation when our house was built over 8 years ago, and they have performed repairs/updates since then. They recently updated/renewed our landscaping and irrigation, and both projects were a success…...again. It’s great to work with people you can trust and who you know will provide the service they quoted without having to check on them to keep them honest.
Texas Lawns has awesome people to work with. Mike Westbrook, Director of Operations, has been the face of the company for us for over 8 years, and we always know we are going to be taken care of when we speak with him to start a new project. He comes to our house and LISTENS, then he recommends a course of action, he makes changes when we provide feedback for changes, and then he provides a quote. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and a great teacher. These traits are mirrored by his team.
I have worked specifically with Leticia in the office. She has answers, and if she does not know the answer, she will get it and follow up with you. She always has “happy” in her voice. I enjoy talking with her.
I worked at my house with Victor and Javier and others during our irrigation project. They know their stuff, and they arrive on time and get to work immediately. I like to be involved, so they always explain to me what they are going to do. I ask a lot of questions until I am comfortable with the tasks they are going to perform. They are happy to have the conversation with me and answer everything for me. The whole team respected our property, covered trenching to leave it looking good, and they cleaned up before they left. Victor took time to teach me how to program the new control box. Attention to details is standard operating procedure for them.
I worked at my house with Zeriel and others on our most recent landscaping project. He and his team arrived on time and began working right away. Zeriel and I went over the plan so we were all on the same page with the shrubs to be removed, pruned, as well as the placement of the new shrubs. Zeriel also took care of some “small things” to make the irrigation system coverage more effective. Two examples are 1.) he changed/fixed a spray head that needed a larger angle to water the landscaping better and 2.) he changed/fixed one spray head that needed to be raised in order to provide maximum coverage. It just takes seconds for them to do these things, but it sure leaves a long, lasting impression on me……obviously for over 8 years. And just like the irrigation team, they respected our property and cleaned up before they left. My favorite part, though, is the fact that they took the time to make sure “the best side” of each new shrub is facing out when they plant it. As I said before, attention to details is standard operating procedure for them.
I met Warren, Texas Lawns President, when I stopped by the office one day to take care of some business. He was very personable, and he wanted to make sure Texas Lawns was taking care of me. During his busy day, he made time to talk with me about my experiences with the company.
Do yourself a favor and hire Texas Lawns for your next landscaping and/or irrigation project.

Texas Lawns is awesome!!! They pruned my front yard shrubs and now it looks manicured. They repaired my water fountain correctly and now I hear the flow of the water again. Mike Westbrook and his team Jacob, Justin, and Danny provided outstanding customer service! I am so appreciative of their attention to detail and completing the job perfectly.
