Appreciate your services in keeping up consistently with our leaves! We have so many trees that we can’t contain it. I don’t have to stay on top of yall coming & keeping our yard clean & pristine. I’ve had a few lawn companies come & go but I’ve been happy these past 2 yrs with your services. Thanks again!

They abruptly laid off their entire staff and closed their business without any prior notice to their clients. Despite our efforts, we have been unable to reach anyone for communication. As a result, we’ve been left with unresolved vendor obligations and no support for ongoing services. To add to the confusion, one of their former employees independently approached us to offer lawn care, confirming the sudden shutdown. This lack of professionalism and transparency has caused significant inconvenience to our operations.

I’m extremely upset. I was parked in my vehicle with the window open, directly across from Booray’s, when one of your workers walked right up to my car and began using a weed eater. Debris, including rocks and grass, flew into my car, hit me in the face, and even went down my shirt. The worker saw me sitting there and watched as I tried to roll up my window, yet made no attempt to stop or ask me to move.

Why would anyone think it's acceptable to operate a weed eater less than a foot away from a vehicle? This was not only inconsiderate, it was dangerous. I will be inspecting my vehicle for any damage.

To make matters worse, I’ve see another review describing the same type of incident. Clearly, this is not an isolated situation. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and addressed immediately.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. If you need a quote for a repair, do not contact this company. I have been trying since October 24 ( today is 12 June 25) to get a quote for repair service, due to broken lines from our pool installation. A technician came out back in October and we walked through the repair needed. I have followed up several times and still have not received a quote. I eventually had to go with another company. I had hoped that Texas Lawns would do the repair, since they initially installed the irrigation system on this new home. This is extremely frustrating for someone who is already one of your customers. Previously, the technician shared that he was the only one doing repairs, so he was quite overworked. If you all did not have the capacity to take on my repair, I would have appreciated being told that in the beginning. Maybe you should hire more people or move some over from the installation side. Just a thought.

Sales guy was nice & made it seem easy.
The crew that came out didn’t follow the approved drawings.
- Garden bed edging is janky/ not to draw up.
- Planted the wrong tree. Was supposed to be a Texas red oak, they planted a shumard red oak (HUGE DIFFERENCE).
- Didn’t plant things properly & even shoved one in the ground with the pot still on!
- They don’t use weed barrier or prep in any way. So you will be overrun with weeds in weeks.
- Worst is that they ghost you afterwards. They do not stand by their warranty.

***Update: Texas Lawns responded. Replaced 3 plants & added rock. Was told they have had a lot of turnover with staff late summer & that’s why our emails had been missed.

The Rose Chapel girls

Sadly as of March 1, 2018 this establishment has transitioned to a wholesaler only. They have many beautiful plants that the general public can no longer buy.

I love this place. Definitely a hidden gem and Barbara is so helpful. I have never bought a plant that did not survive and give me great joy in my yard.

This place is a hidden gem: great selection, unbeatable prices, very knowledgeable and supportive owners, I can't say enough. To top it off, they even take back plastic plant containers.Make sure to take a check or plenty of cash because you won't leave empty handed and they don't take plastic in the form of credit cards.

Starting visiting this hidden nursery over 9 years ago when all I could do was distinguish between shrubs and flowers. The sister - brother duo are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Don't come here to expect someone to design for you, but if you want to know about a specific plant then this duo-team can help you.

Bring your landscaping shoes and cash/check. HUGE variety and rock... rock bottom prices.

Finally got a chance to visit this place after years of hearing about it. It is definitely hidden, but once you find it you'll never forget it. A wide variety of perennials, shrubs and native plants. They may not be the biggest plants in town, but all looked healthy and for the prices of them, you can't go wrong...they will grow! I'm totally impressed, and will make this the first place I look for my gardening business needs and my own personal wants!😄

Great place

I was searching on google maps to find a Garden Center on Wednesday to find my friend a birthday present that would involve her garden she is trying to cultivate this year. I didn't have much time and this Walmart Outside Center seem to be the closest. I found what I wanted and was out of there fast. Best of all, the staff has always been very helpful. To be honest, I was surprised at the wide selection available. Keep up the good work Walmart.

Jonathan and Victor were exceptional in knowledge of shaping our Japanese Maple for the first time. Jonathan's communication exemplified service excellence. If more stars were available, they'd have earned them. I'm so thankful for these two men and SavATree.
