Jared and the work team did a good job with the French drain, setting plants and rocks for the flower bed. Looks great!

I use Xquisite for my biweekly yard maintenance. I can always rely on them with day before text reminders. My yard looks great even with the basic mowing service.

This is a revised review. I intially gave them a 5 stars. That was immediately after service.

They were highered to create a boarder for my front beds are like my neighbors. They were putting the wrong color of mortar in and I spoke to the installer. He said it would dry out light. The morter was dark gray. It isn't rocket science to know that dark gray will not turn to a white. Thankfully they came back and redid the mortar.

After 6 months I contacted them to let them know the wall was falling apart and cracking, they said they weren't responsible for ground shifting. They made no effort to fix this.

My question is why is my neighbors wall intact and mortar not falling out....after 15 years, yet mine was 6 months.

Note that the brick in the 3rd picture is OBVIOUSLY installed backwards. The first 4 pictures only show a portion of the wall falling apart. The last 2 pictures are my neighbors for comparison.

***Follow up to owners response: You installed dark gray mortar. I stopped you at the beginning and said that is the wrong color. I was told it would lighten to a light color....which it never did. Since the wrong mortar was used, it was your error to fix at no charge. You weren't giving us anything. You messed up and fixed that mistake.

When I asked you in regards to the crackes, you said this was out of our control and nothing you could do about it. You made the statement and that pretty much said...you weren't going to do anything about it. Your statement seemed very final. You didn't even bother to come out and look at it or talk to us about it. I asked for the grout color when you said it was out of your control and you couldn't do anything.

When I sent you the pictures, it was just a portion of the grout falling out. You are the expert and should have come look at it to evaluate it, but you didn't...it was just "out of my control"

All of my neighbors have boarders and none of them are falling apart. You didn't install any support. You placed the stone on top of some sand. I'm not the expert, but am sure that is the problem.

As for the grout falling out/ wall falling apart...I am not sure how you can call me untruthfull when you never came to look at it. Me having to pick up the stone out of my yard and placing it back would be falling apart.

You are being untruthful when you said you make repairs when asked. When I asked you about it, you made no mention of rectifying the situation. How does "it's out of my control" show any way of you doing a repairing to wall?

When it came time for the work, the foreman(Jared) & crew (led by Gilbert) kept me apprised every step of the way with professional, courteous, prompt, efficient & thorough work in the all-encompassing 3 full-day work project. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish, and I thoroughly love our results which solved so many functional issues & looks absolutely beautiful. The professional & courteous attention to every detail went above my expectations. I plan on using Xquisite Irrigation & Landscaping for all future projects. I couldn't recommend them more!!

We enjoyed working with this team. Derrick is personable and his team are polite and hard workers for sure. I had several random projects and the pricing was very fair for the labor involved. I had a few things I wanted changed/adjusted and informed them during the job and they fixed with no problem. Although communication could improve if the project start is going to be delayed, it finished on time - overall very happy to work with this business.

Derric and the Xquisite crews are always professional and do amazing work. Whether it is landscaping, irrigation repairs, or our weekly yard maintenance, we can always count on Xquisite for high quality service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to transform your outdoor spaces!

Exquisite does excellent work on lawns, and sprinkler repairs or any type request you may have. The crews are a well oiled machine. They will quote the job before the service if necessary
They are very efficient in scheduling and prompt in completing the work.

We have had this company on a maintenance contract since April 2022. They are consistent. Usually a 3 man crew, every week they arrive, figure out their game plan, and the next thing there is grass mowed, leaves mulched, blowers going, hedge trimmers, etc. 30 minutes later the brief "people tornado" wrap it up on move on to their next house. We have about a 1 acre property with lots of diverse ground cover so there is about 1/2 grass cutting and the rest line trimming, hedge trimming, blowing, etc.

The guys are very efficient and though I think our pricing is a little on the higher side, I have no reference point because of our foliage and yard size. It could be an amazing deal. They are reliable under the subscription plan.

Last, I gave a four star rather than five star only because every year someone on their crew mistakes a line of 18" high plants that I and my wife plant in our back yard at about 2 feet apart as overgrown grass and weed whacks them to the ground.

We have been using them for lawn service for several years. We have 1.5 acres and the whole yard always looks great. If we ever need anything, the owner, Derric, is quick to respond. I also love their billing process which provides a link to a detailed bill each service and allows for Apple Pay. You also receive text reminders the day before the service.

Derric / Jose & team did an outstanding job hardscaping my shrubs and plants in front of my house. They matched the Austin Stone, layered, and leveled if perfectly. Their pricing was competitive and fair. In addition, they cleaned up 100% of the mess from the work. I would highly recommend Xquisite Lawns for any work you need!

Derrick and his crew from Xquisite have been maintaining my yard for several years now. They do an excellent job. I have never had any problems with them.

This was a complete SCAM. Do not book this company.
They showed up 3.5 hours late. When I called the owner earlier, he told me they were “on the way,” which was clearly not true. Then I was told the job was completed… when in reality, they did not clean anything at all.
After my initial call, I received a vague text from an employee claiming she was “in charge” of the cleaning, but she never gave a time or any real update. She also claimed she had texted me the day before, which is not true.
The next morning, when I returned to turn in my apartment, I found that:
Nothing had been cleaned
The only thing they did was take the small items I had neatly placed on top of the fridge and throw everything onto the floor in a pile
That level of disregard and lack of professionalism is beyond unacceptable.
The owner later tried to justify this by saying the apartment “required significantly more work due to water damage stains,” which is completely irrelevant. I hired them for a standard move-out cleaning, not repairs or painting. This was clearly an excuse.
This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. I have photos and text messages to prove everything.
Thankfully, my bank refunded me, but the experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful.
Avoid this company at all costs.
