The client was asking for a lot more cleaning that was actually agreed-upon. And I agreed on the appointment, but then it changed once I was there she had a cleaning of a stove, but didn’t compensate me for that new added item

After reading The CoBuilders Free Ultimate Home Cleaning Guide, I used some of the tips to manage daily cleaning. But for a deep clean, I needed professional help. The CoBuilders professional cleaners near me were fantastic and got everything done in no time!

The lady that cleaned did a nice job. There were no issues with her but there is an issue with the person texting me the whole time the lady was here. If I had an issue with the worker I would have contacted the supervisor, however there was no issue.
I was getting home physical therapy while she was cleaning and I was constantly being interrupted by texts from your agency.

We had a bad start, but when we got it all straighten up, Tiffany came earlier than her appointment which I really did appreciate she was ready to begin working, and she had everything done and cleaned and shiny.

Do not accept any cleans from this company. They scammed me for a clean! They had us clean a hoarders home, it was cockroach infested, and we couldn’t even clean the floors because of how much debris was all over the place.

Not only could we not get into the unit the day the cleaning was scheduled (someone was home too and they wouldn’t let us in) they had to reschedule the clean and we wasted more of our time. If I would have known it was going to be a free clean, I would turned down the job. This company is worse than Homeaglow. At least you get paid on Homeaglow!

Blake is the man! Great communication, on time, responds fast, and does great work. I have had dozens of tvs mounted over the years and his work is by far the best! I decided to go with a projector this time and he did an incredible job. When I have more work in the future, he's the first guy I am going to call!
