Never called me back or showed up for estimate. The tree is gone. $1,400.

Called on July 7 to have someone come out for an estimate was told 2-3 business days. Called again on July 14 asking about estimate was told they would call the person. I never heard anything back. I’ll find someone else

We used to use this company in previous years and they always did nice work. We currently have a lot of limbs hanging over the house that need trimming. We have called these people SIX times in the last 3 months, constantly being told "Shane will get back to you tomorrow." Shane has never bothered to call. Not sure how they stay in business when they don't seem to want business.

Terrible experience. I only gave him a 1 star because I had to select at least 1 star. I have everything on text messages. Jason the guy that texted me claiming that he is the owner of the company said he would come out to pump my septic tanks out (2) small tanks and cover them up with new lids for 400.00. I provided pictures of the current condition and he still agreed to do this job. After I told him what do ize lids were required 36in. He backed out saying he could no longer do the job. I even offered him an additional 100.00 so 500.00 in all for pumping the tanks and new lids to cover the tanks. I called a different local company and they agreed to do the job the correct way for 350.00.

Great communication, engaging, and efficient. Small business (fathers and son) which was awesome to see. Fair price, fast service, and just what was needed.

Jason came out very soon after I called. He got to work and discovered the issue and corrected the problem immediately! Explained what he did and how I can maintain the system in the future. I more than highly recommend his company!

Integrity Bio solutions really live up to the name. They are so kind and respectful. My system needed a lot of work. They were the best company that came out and gave us a bid . They rushed and helped us so fast. I will never call anyone else. I am so happy with the work they have done so far. I will add more to my review after the rest is done. I feel very confident in the work they have done so far. I’m so happy we found them.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. He came at 4 p.m. and stayed until the job was done. He charged me exactly what he said before he came. There was no charge for after hours. He took the time to educate me about what he was doing and why. He charged $500 less than other bids I got. He’s very honest and trustworthy.

Had an issue with our septic system and this was the first number we called. Jason arrived on a Sunday within an hour! He was incredibly kind, informative, and charged a very fair rate. As first-time homeowners, we really appreciated that he also took the time to give us advice on a few other things around the house. Truly exceptional service. 100/10 recommend.
