A/C started acting up on a Saturday night. I called Ideal on a Sunday and had a return call within 15 minutes! The tech and i set a time for Monday to check system, it took a while but they found the issue, it took two days to get the parts but the system remained functional until the final repair was made.

I appreciate the time their technician took to diagnose our issue, ask questions, and provide his recommendations on what we need from a new HVAC system in a very consultative, low pressure way.

Seriously professional. If you want it done right the first time and a company that will be around when things go wrong down the road. These guys/gals are who you call. Friendly, trustworthy, and no they are not related to me, LOL, just saved me money and work within a few hours on a hot day!
