Jim did a wonderful job! Our carpet looks brand new! We had a house guest for a few weeks and they brought a dog that stained our carpet. Jim was able to get the potty stains out of the carpet and has our sectional looking good too! I recommend hiring New Life Carpet Care. We will definitely hire them again for any services needed in the future.

Reviews for New Life were excellent so I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed! After an upstairs water heater leak, I needed new padding, carpet repair and cleaning. Jim did excellent work. He was courteous, tidy, professional and competent.
Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job stretching my carpet (smoothing it out)! I was looking for a company to do this for a while. I am glad I found these guys. They have over 20 years experience and it shows in the results. They were also quick to respond to my inquiry.

Jim and his lovely wife were incredible. I have had my carpet cleaned before, but it’s usually a quick, steam clean, but they took their time and were meticulous about everything they did. Polite, process, and quality service all around.

Jim was amazing at helping us get the smell out of the carpet in our apartment for a great price! The apartment complex had never cleaned the carpets before we moved in 5 years ago and Jim made them look and smell brand new. He was so kind and explained the process from top to bottom so we understood everything. He even left us some spot cleaner and shoe covers so the carpet stayed pristine. I looked at reviews for carpet repair and cleaning and just picked one! My experience with New Life was amazing! Everything from beginning to end was seamless. No surprises, worked within my budget. My carpet that was frayed at the door entrances due to a cat was repaired and you can't even tell it had been destroyed. The carpets and area rug look brand new! I did the pet restore package and it was reasonable and amazing! Smells good, looks good and is cleaned and repaired. Best deal in town! As far as customer service, the owner who also did the work was on time, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Will refer to all my friends and will definitely use them again for all my needs! Thank you New Life for making this process outstanding!

Jim did a fantastic job on my rental property, removing the stains from the carpet and restoring their condition--indeed giving them a New Life. My Real Estate agent was recommending that the carpets be replaced, but with Jim's help I was able to dispense withe the hassle and expense of replacing the carpets.

New Life Carpet care did an excellent job cleaning the Carpets in the new house i was moving into.

Had them also clean my carpets in my old house before putting it up for sale, as well.

Jim was fantastic. My pup decided to take a chunk out of the carpet while I was at work one day but Jim patched it up great. Once the new carpet gets alittle dirty/worn like the rest it’ll be less visible lol but it already blends in great. Posted pics of the before and after:) Awesome service! Definitely recommend.

Mr. Jim was wonderful! Very personable, did a thorough job, took his time to explain the process to us and set the expectations. We have 5 dogs and chose the Pet Sanitizing package and now our carpets look and smell so much better! Jim at New Life Carpet was amazing! His communication was great and he got my area rug looking brand new! I never knew how dirty my rug was until it was cleaned by Jim. We are very satisfied with the cleaning of our carpets today. We had quite a few soiled spots that needed attention. We also took the pet package as during house training our Havanese we had some accidents that needed attention. Jim was on time & the results were very satisfactory. We will be sure to use him again when needed.

Jim did an EXCELLENT job bringing our carpets back to life and giving them 'New Life'. We just purchased a home where a dog used to live in and the carpets were pretty bad. Jim swung thru and did his thing and now the carpets are like BRAND NEW. the smell and the feel is amazing now. It was a process, so Jim really took the time and did everything to perfection. Jim's also a really cool guy, we talked about tons of music, his career, and life in general. He's super chill and fun to talk to. I will be calling Jim up to restore my carpets for life. My review is one month late, but definitely needed. I called Jim in for an emergency carpet repair post flooding and he brought my entire bedroom back to life. Not only that, Jim diagnosed the outside area causing this and offered to add topsoil, seal the cracked area leaking water, and added protective vinyl. Definitely a one man show. Will be back 🙏🏼

I am beyond happy with the service Jim provided for us. He was extremely communicative --- responsive through phone call, text and email --- and he made the process of getting our carpets cleaned very straightforward. He had availability and was willing to work with us more than any other company I called for this short notice job. He also discovered issues with our floors that we were unaware of, which I am very grateful for. He provided before and after photos of the work he completed which was very helpful since we live out of town. Once our tenants move out of our property, I'll be reaching out to Jim again for his services. So glad I discovered New Life Carpet Care!
