OUTSTANDING JOB! I highly recommend getting your carpet cleaning from New Life Carpet Care and Water Restoration. Competitive price and incredible results. Jim spent a lot of time trying to take off stubborn stains and didn’t rush through cleaning. He provided excellent customer service, very punctual and answered the phone promptly. I used him twice already and will always use him for cleaning our area rugs and carpets.

My carpets look beautiful! They used tools I’d never seen before, and the results were amazing. With three kids, my carpets had a lot of spots, and I had tried cleaning them myself without much luck. I’m so happy with how clean they are now. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I had gotten myself into a pinch and tight timeline to get floors cleaned and pet odor removal done.

I was recommended to Jim and New Life and was encouraged to see the 5 stars.

Speaking g to Jim on the phone to set the appointment, I could tell I was calling the right person. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. And very important… he listened.

Too many other business people want to brush you off. Not Jim. He listened to my request and needs, talked with me about possible solutions, and then settled in the day/time and service that would solve my problem.

He showed up at the time promised, and tucked in to work.

The results were better than I could have hoped for.

Afterwards he took the time to answer my ongoing care questions and provided some suggestions on how to keep things nice.

Price was more than reasonable for the scope of work and the timeline I needed it done.

If you need someone to help with floor cleaning that will get it done right and you can trust, Jim is the man to call.

Jim always provides us with the best service and price. He is so kind and polite. Our family is thankful for his excellent work. He cleaned two bedrooms and our area rug quickly and effectively. They smell good and are spotless. I highly recommend him!

Jim did a great job cleaning the carpets and rug at my house, including his professionalism. He used natural cleaning supplies with counter-rotating vacuum (and applied a light lemon scent) which made the carpets feel/smell brand new. No lingering odors from the previous owner either.

Jim is the best for carpet cleaning he does an exceptional job much better than the big name guys! We have older carpet and he brought it back to life..his brush method actually works and he cares for your carpet as if it was his own!

I got very frustrated with carpet cleaners that quote low, get in the door, then jack up the price only to deliver horrible service and a horrible product. One cleaner I used didn't even vacuum. I was jaded and didn't think I could find a good carpet cleaner until I met Jason.
He was better than any expectation I thought was possible. We signed up for the top package he offers, and its totally worth it. We have a 2yr old that made a huge mess between cleanings. Jason was out at our house in no time flat giving us a free spot clean. I also spilled tea in the backseat of my car. Because I'm already a customer, he rearranged his entire schedule and was at my office within 30 minutes. These folks REALLY care about their customers. I just want to refer him to everyone I know. I will never have my carpets cleaned by anyone else. He is like a carpet cleaning scientist or something. Thank you jason!

As a Business Owner that deals with Design and Home Improvements, Ace of Cleaning goes far above other companies. They do a great job, very detailed and very careful with the furniture and carpets! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

We had a wet area rug from the recent flood. Ground water came in and soaked the rug. They handled this professionally and quickly with pick up and delivery. I would definitely recommend this company. My rug looks like new!

Jason is THE BEST!! Not only very professional, but truly as he advertises, “the ultimate cleaning experience”. He stretched carpet in multiple rooms, repaired multiple areas where our cat had clawed chunks out of the carpet, and cleaned... a LOT of work! It smells and looks like new! I HIGHLY recommend Ace of Clean!

By far the most thorough and professional carpet cleaners we’ve found in the area. Multi stage cleaning over a couple of hours vs some guys with a truck who just come in and basically get your carpet wet. They go so far as to put bumpers on walls and doors to protect your paint from the hoses. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service!!! I called the day before and answered questions I had and call the day of and let me know that they were on the way. And explained everything and asked if I had any concerning spots. Also were very friendly, having strangers in the house with a baby and one on the way they made me feel very comfortable. They did a great job and I will definitely use Ace of Clean Cleaning Services again.
