Great service from HomeSafe. A lot of pictures and thorough explanation of issue with a prompt solution. After new dryer vent was installed, drying time went from 1:45 to 40 minutes. Great long term solution that will extend dryer life.

Homesafe did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. The technician took lots of photos throughout the process and shared those with me online, so I could see the condition of the vent for myself. After cleaning the vent, he gave me a card noting when I should next have it cleaned.

When I bought the house I was told that the dryer vent on my roof was not the correct one. Called these guys since they had good reviews. They are expensive though but at least I can sleep at night knowing that my dryer vent won't catch on fire for some dumb lint or the wrong vent. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny but they're knowledgeable in what they do. I would recommend.

Awesome job. Guys worked on our dryer vent until it was shiny on the inside. We had something blocking the vent and they found another company had left their equipment stuck in our dryer vent. These guys took the time to yank out the other companies leftover equipment and now our vent is flowing air so nicely. I wouldn’t use anyone else if I were you. Call them today.

I was very impressed with this company and would indeed use again. Price within norms of others in the business. When making initial appointment call the one taking my call on the phone was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to answer all of my questions. The day of the visit the service agent arrived on time (well a couple of minutes early) and even called prior to the visit to let me know where he was and when to expect. He did the initial inspection and took a lot (55 in all) photographs to help document the process and allowed me to see what all of the issues were to be addressed. He made a couple of recommendation to which I did take but at no time did I fell and .any pressure to take advantage of. A highly professional team and they can count of my continued business going forward.

Justin from HomeSafe did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer duct. Before and after photos showed the dramatic difference. He recommended several improvements to increase the Dryer vent flow. Cut our drying times in half! Well worth the price.

Our clothes dryer did not dry out clothes and our appliance technician identified a blocked dryer exhaust vent as the problem. We hired another firm that came out twice and stated that they cleaned the vent, but our dryer still did not work every time. Finally we called HomeSafe. They found that our tube and vent were NOT clean, and that the roof duct was almost completely blocked. They showed us pictures of before and after. They got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it!

Beyond my best expectations, they show you actual pictures before and after, amazing and so glad we called, we actually had serious fire hazards waiting to happen, we’ll sleep better now, worth ever penny
