Our experience with HomeSafe Dryer Vent Cleaning was exceptional from beginning until the end. We initially contacted HomeSafe to come out and clean our dryer vent. Louie, the tech that came to our home, inspected the duct work and the roof vent and determined that it was not only filthy, but that the entire system was an inadequate fire hazard. Louie was very professional, explaining things clearly while also providing multiple pictures of our existing system. He outlined what he would propose doing in order to make our dryer vent functional and, most importantly, safe to use. He emailed me all of the images as well as a detailed invoice. I immediately called HomeSafe's office, spoke with Shelbi, and scheduled an appointment for the repair, which was also performed by Louie because he was most familiar with the issues at my home. One week later, and I have a clean, new, safe, and working system! No more running 4 cycles to (almost completely) dry my towels. Better still, I am not worried about the major potential fire hazard. I cannot recommend HomeSafe Dryer enough!

We had a blockage in our dryer vent. I called Homesafe this morning (5/2/2024) to inquire on getting it cleaned. Ozzy showed up and was extremely professional. He performed his initial inspection and explained in detail the price it would be to elevate the issue. Not only did we agree to have him clean the dryer vent, which had a massive birds nest in it, but also replace the external vent cover. I would strongly recommend Ozzy and Homesafe Dryer Vent Specialist.

The technician took detailed pictures before and after the cleaning which gave me confidence the job was done right. I'm sure the electricity needed to dry clothes will be significantly reduced and will pay for this service in the long run, but more importantly, will prevent a more drastic outcome, such as a fire.
