Ron and his team are great! I texted early this morning to have someone come look at our booster pump, and Ron was over within an hour. He is kind and very knowledgeable and I feel great about having his team help us get our pool back in order after this freeze

Panther City Pools are the best. We use them for weekly services for our pool maintenance and also for some needed repairs to the pump and the motor. They always inform us what is completed with pictures and of any issues we are having. The owners and their service people are highly recommended.

I have been using Panther City Pools for my pool maintenance since moving into my new home. From move-in, to now, the pool is already so much nicer and makes the maintenance a breeze. They are well worth it and extremely friendly and professional. Ron has also helped fix a few issues we occurred since purchasing the house with expert opinions and options that have helped us with informed decisions. I would recommend this pool company to any one!

Always there to fix my pool when I need them and if I have an issue with anything they always research the best route to make sure it make the best economic sense for me. My pool was nasty when I bought my house they cleaned it up and now it is beautiful and clear!

For the first time in 3 years had an issue with the weekly cleaning. I texted the owner on Friday evening and he had someone there the next day to take care of it. They are always prompt in rectifying whatever problem arises. I’m so appreciative of their stellar service to their customers!

I was never happy with our pool service we had for years, but didn't know any better. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my filter and needed it replaced. The current company I was with made me think they were criminal with what they wanted to charge to just look at it, not fix it. Found another "reputable" company and they were more reasonable, made the repair and asked for my business in maintaining the pool. They had good reviews, were cheaper, so I said "sure". Stupid move. After the third month of having a green pool, I fired them. I asked in my subdivision who to call and emphatically it was PANTHER CITY POOLS.

I have never been happier. Things have never been easier. They answer phones and texts, even on SUNDAY AFTERNOON! They do exactly what they say they will do. Every time. While other folks told me it was "my fault" our pool was green, they came in, developed a plan, explained the plan, and what expectations to have. Then they exceeded my expectations. In every facet of their service. When there was an issue at first recovering the pool from what the first guy did, they followed up DAILY when needed. Put in a ton of work to make things right. All with a smile. From Ron, to Bryan, to everyone on down; they exemplify excellence in every way.

Rarely, do I ever take time to write a "good review". Shame on me. They do not know that I am writing this. When someone, with absoluteness, exceeds your expectations, they deserve good things. As said earlier, you would be a fool not to call them. Even if you think you are happy with what you have. They are that good. Call them now.

Panther City Pools did an amazing job quickly diagnosing and repairing my pool pump and emergency thermostat wiring issues. Jon was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly responded, diagnosed and explained what needed to be corrected. The pricing was very reasonable and the Intuit billing made the payment process quick and easy too. If you need anything done around your pool these are the folks I’d recommend to get it done right the first time.

I highly recommend this company. It was really hard to find a pool company that serviced our location. I was happy to find these guys who are also Veteran owned. We moved into a new house and they came out to do a consultation and walk us through the services they provided. They are very affordable for their monthly service which we signed up for right away. We knew that being first time pool homeowners that we wanted someone we can trust and guide us through owning a pool in our first year.

Kenneth is our pool guy who comes once a week, on time and is great with communication. He always lets me know when he has arrived and locks up the gate when he leaves. The pool always looks amazing once he leaves. They send us a report of the pool right away via email which is very user friendly. If Kenneth ever sees any issue with the equipment, they send one of their repair specialists our right away to check out the equipment to avoid further damage.

Josh and his crew are absolutely fantastic. They helped clear up clogged pipes due to a faulty valve allowing filter balls to escape into the return lines. I elected to have them change out the whole system for a cartridge filter and redo the plumbing altogether. They did a wonderful job and have been top notch in communication and customer service. Highly recommend them for all your pool needs!!

Panther city services my pool every week! Last week I reached out to see if they could come out next Friday instead of Tuesday, because I was having my 30th birthday Friday night and wanted the pool clean! They of course changed the day for me! Well from all the sap and everything my pool had turned green and gross!! I messaged them and was freaking out that it wasn't going to be swimable for my party! Well they went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to swim in it Friday night!

We had made the mistake of hiring a start-up service to treat our pool. We got a trainee who allowed algae to grow in the pool. We then hired Panther City to bail us out, and they have done a great job. Very responsive when issues arise and have provided service off-schedule to correct any lingering issues. Have been happy with their service. Highly recommend.

I have had Panther City Pool for a few years now I think they are great. I was asked to go to another company it was cheaper but I said no because I have complete confidence with Panther Pools. and I think the service man, Juan, that has been servicing my pool is fantastic!!! all of the service men that have come to me where kind and complete gentleman, but I guess I like Juan the best because I see him the most!!!

We have used PCP for two years for weekly maintenance of our pool. They do a great job cleaning the pool, maintaining the chemicals and providing repairs when needed. During yesterday’s wind storm our pool basketball hoop blew into the pool and we couldn't get it out. I texted the crew and they came out the next day and removed it, and all the leaves and debris that blew into the pool. We have used them to replace our motor, and control panel, and have been very pleased with all their services and pricing. They are the best, and we have tried several over the last 6 years. Thank you PCP!!!
