I live in an apartment complex in Fort Worth and although services weren't able to be completed due to an unforeseen circumstance on my part. I just wanted to acknowledge Technician Jose's professionalism. He was very polite and understanding once we determined the issue couldn't be resolved. Was very knowledgeable about services offered by his company. Highly Recommended!

Before I selected Power Steam, I read reviews of carpet cleaning companies near us in Keller. I loved what I read about Power Steam. If I could have given them 100 stars, I would have. Jose and Chelsea did an absolute phenomenal job. They are prompt, professional and detailed. I loved the end result and will use them many times in the future. Do not hesitate to use their services.

If you have never used Power Steam to do your floors you are missing out. From the first time I called Jose and Chelsea I felt that I was goinng to be taken care of, and Lo and Behold, I WAS. I had two bedrooms cleaned that had a few serious stains in them. Dr Pepper, fruit punch and whatever else my teens had in the room while playing games…I was pretty sure I was at the point of just needing the carpet replaced soon. I had an amazing experience with Power Steam Carpet Cleaning! I accidentally spilled a large jar of pickle juice in my car it soaked all the way down to the spare tire area, and the smell was awful. They came out and did a fantastic job cleaning it. I honestly didn’t think the smell would ever come out, but they got it completely gone! My car smells fresh again, and you’d never know there was ever a spill. Super friendly, professional, and thorough service. Highly recommend them!

Not only do they clean, restore, protect and repair carpet, they also offer upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning, pet odor removal, fiber protection and stretching (I didn't know this was even a thing lol!).
