Louie showed up on time, was polite and professional. He wore a mask while talking with me and booties over his shoes. He explained repairs that were needed but I didn’t feel like he was pushing or doing a hard sell. I agreed to repairs and and am happy with the work. My dryer is working great now (no more check air flow light). Will definitely call them again when the dryer vent needs cleaning.

Justin came out and cleaned 21 feet of dryer vent plus inside the dryer. He vacuumed out so much lint that it made a HUGE difference in air flow and dryer effectiveness. My next load of laundry dried in less than half the time I had been used to. A noticeable difference! Very pleased with the results; only wish I had done this sooner! Highly recommend this company. They did a great job installing a completely new dryer vent system for my house. Doubled the air flow exiting my roof.

They did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent and answering all my questions. The ladies who answered the phones were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and the tech even upgraded my cheap hose to something more sturdy at no cost. I'm not sure how their prices stack up as I didn't do much comparative shopping (they were a referral) but I'm pleased with their work. They recommended a replacement vent and gave me a quote but didn't try a hard sell. Would definitely use them again.

HOMESAFE cleaned our dryer and vents 5 years ago and they did such a great job that we called them again. Justin arrived on time and at morning’s end, the dryer vents were cleaned, the big silver hose thing was replaced, the roof vent was replaced with one that will deter birds and my dog made a new friend. Justin made sure to tell me that the replacements he was suggesting were just recommendations and that I could have the cleaning done and that’s it. Great experience with Homesafe Dryer Vent Specialist. From scheduling the appointment to the tech showing up on time, everything was easy and straight forward. My dryer vent threw an error code which prompted the call to Homesafe. Louie, our service tech, was professional and walked me through all the services they offer with no pressure sales tactics. The technician, Louie, did a great job describing the issues concerning the reason why our dryer was over heating, not just a clogged vent but a design issue that could cause future issues. We’ve been getting a D80 error code on our dryer for over 6 months. We thought it was a simple prompt to clean the lint filter which we’ve been doing. After doing more online reading, we found out that a clogged dryer vent could be causing the problem.

I tried calling a couple of HVAC and AC companies in Dallas but one doesn’t do dryer vents and the other offered it for free if we signed up for an $800 duct and vent cleaning service.

He laid out all the options and as it turned out, it wasn’t as bad as we first thought. No pressure at all. We’re grateful and have told our friends about them. In fact, one of them is having the same problem and will be calling Home Safe soon.

Justin was amazing! What I thought would be a simple dryer vent cleaning turned into having to replace the vent hood due to roofer damage and repair the dryer duct due to previous owner DIY "repairs". He was able to diagnose the problems quickly, efficiently, and made sure to explain what he was doing and that I approved before he did. He was experienced, these unexpected issues didn't seem to phase him, and he was able to perform the work professionally in the same visit. Will definitely use HomeSafe for my future cleanings. On August 5, 2021 the technician, Louie arrived on time and was very respectful wearing a mask and covering his shoes anytime he came in the home. He was very thorough in his inspection. He originally came to clean the dryer vent which to our surprise it was not in need. However, the home being built in the '70's was not up to code with the long vent pipe that went through the house, attic & roof. We were not aware of this since we have owned the home 6 years. My daughter lives in this home and it is important to me to feel it is not a fire hazard. He explained to me how they could address this problem and offered a discount for same day service. I chose to have him replace it with no pressure from him. Louie was very knowledgeable and took many photos of the entire process to show me. It was obvious he cares for his homeowners and answered any questions in a very friendly manner. We had a very good experience with this company and with Louie.

HomeSafe is fantastic! Their technician, Louie came to my home and investigated the problem with my dryer. What he found was unbelievable. My home is 9 years old and the dryer venting was 100% blocked. Either the builder or the roofer installed the wrong exhaust vent cover, and the entire exhaust vent was jam packed with lint. I learned that this is a fire hazard, and my dryer would eventually burn out or cause a fire. Makes me wonder if this is why my previous dryer stopped working? Friendly, courteous, and professional, our Homesafe technician Ozzy did a great job of thoroughly checking our dryer vent system which extends into the attic. He took pictures of the inside and outside of the vents, checked the operating temperature of dryer, and checked the vent airflow. We feel confident our vents are operating efficiently and safely. Called them out to clean a dryer pipe and replace the roof vent. They came out the next day and did a wonderful job! They even matched and replaced my shingles around the vent. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

First place called for this service was a no show and then wouldn't answer their phone or return my calls. HomeSafe was a completely opposite positive experience. I sent an email regarding service and was was followed up almost immediately by a very friendly lady who worked with me on scheduling at my convenience. Louie the technician was great. He was running a little late, but called to let me know and still made it in the window I was given. Finished his inspection of my dryer vent and told me it was clean and said it probably wouldn't need cleaned for 3-5 years. Showed me several pictures of my vent and how clean it was. Asked how much for the inspection and he said it was free. I had some questions regarding where my vent exited the house and my dryer vent hose. Louie offered some suggestions and considering the inspection was free had him perform the other services we discussed. Have you ever had your dryer vents cleaned? I have owned my house for about 23 years and never had the dryer vent cleaned. I started to notice some issues with my dryer. I called a company I have used for other services, and they said they could do the job along with air duct cleaning. The company came out and completed the job.
