Manfrieda and Associates Chris and Jordan did an excellent job inside and out cleaning our windows. They were thorough and went about their work in a systematic manner. I have used them for the past three years and have been very satisfied with their work.

This company is amazing. My windows are squeaky clean inside and out and for a very reasonable price!! The two gentlemen that cleaned our windows were so sweet and kind and gave great attention to detail.

Very pleased with the service. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my windows absolutely spotless. They pointed out condensation forming between a couple of double-paned windows, explaining it could indicate a broken seal. I really appreciated that. Highly recommed!

Thomas & Jack did a fabulous job on our windows outdoor light fixtures chandeliers ceiling fans & replacing batteries in our smoke detectors on our very tall ceilings... they work well together & clean my windows twice a year.. had Chris Manfreda Window washing for 16 years!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this window washing company. They went above and beyond in every way. The windows are perfect — crystal clear, streak-free, and unbelievably clean. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they were incredibly thorough from start to finish.

Amazing outcome but blown away by the attention to detail and professionalism! New construction home - they did an incredible job inside and out along with the driveway and sidewalks!

The guys did a good job powerwashing our pool deck and front patio. I should have taken “before” photos, but I didn’t think of it at the time. It is much cleaner now, and the guys were very thorough. They got in all the corners, under the permanently installed plant pots, and the tops of all the retaining walls. I like the fact that I didn’t have to ask them to do all that, and they just did it on their own without me telling them. To me, that’s called quality service. I’ll be using them again in the future.

The windows in our house are from the 80s and I don't think have ever thoroughly been cleaned inside and out. I have tried a few times without much luck, especially in between the storm windows.

I have been putting off hiring someone to do them professionally out of fear that due to their age, the results would be lacking and it would be money down the drain.

I called Manfreda and associates this morning just to get some pricing and they seemed very knowledgeable, interested and trustworthy compared to some other places I called. They were able to come the same day too!

Thomas and Mike arrived on time and spent roughly 5.5 hours on our single story home with 12 windows. They meticulously disassembled every window and cleaned the screens, tracts, and every window inside and out. They cleaned things I didn't think were cleanable. They spent so much time on every detail I honestly didn't think they would finish. They even did the glass on my doors and garage door windows!

My windows look like new, the glass is invisible and this is on 40 year old windows that have never really been cleaned. I am honestly speechless and the service, professionalism, honesty and quality of work is beyond my expectations and beyond what many providers do these days.

This has by far been the most transformative service we have done to our property and if you are thinking about having someone professionally do your windows (especially if they're old) then this is your company.

The only regret I have is not taking before and after photos to post!

Roberto was our tech and he did an amazing job! He explained everything when he came and told us exactly what we should expect!The end result was very clean and nice carpets!

I used Zerorez last year and had a great experience. Burt came out today and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I had special instructions for a few places on my carpet that are wearing and he listened carefully and did exactly as I asked. Also, he did a great job of getting the water out of the carpet before he left. Many places leave way too much water, and it takes forever to dry. Burt was professional, polite and friendly. Also, the office did a great job of letting me know my window of time and when Burt was on his way. There were no surprises. I will definitely use them, again.

Their technician came ahead of schedule, reviewed the work needed, and didn’t try to upsell to jack up the price. He was careful to protect my corners as he moved the hose throughout our home. The carpets look great, soft, and like new! I prefer Zerorez to other companies which I have used in the past!

Adam did the best job! Called me before my appointment, explained everything during our walk thru, and gave me great info about keeping my carpet clean once he was finished. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My experience with Zerorez was fantastic ñ. It was easy to book an appointment. Julien arrived early and was very friendly and efficient. He quoted me on the job and finished within an hour. I highly recommend this service especially if you have pets. Thank you!

Initially got service because of the $109 special. After scheduling on the phone for a service it was up to $300. When the tech got to my house and stretched all of his hoses into my 2nd floor and proceeded to tell me how I needed to have my carpets cleaned “good”, it was gonna be over $3000. We went from 109 to 300 to 3k? Give me a break. Who has their carpets cleaned because they are too clean? It was irritating to say the least. I get charging a little extra because a dog used the bath room on your carpet but to charge 10x the amount is ludicrous. Just be honest about the charges upfront and you wouldn’t have this type of review. Why spend 30 minutes stretching all the hoses into your house before telling you it is going to be 10 times the amount quoted. I was very close to telling the guy to pack it up but I had already moved so much stuff so he could clean.

But I wish you guys could use more products to clean the carpet and to get rid of the stain. I was really looking forward to this to see my carpet stainless but 🙁I’m a little disappointed!!!!! With the money that I paid, especially right now that everyone is struggling financially!!!!

Mario did a great job, was on time and worked efficiently. Was out of here in no time at all. My only negative concerns the website scheduling/pricing system. Please correct the services selection menus to make sure the fee is calculated correctly. When I agree to a price, I expect it to be correct (and honored on the date of service).
