This is my second carpet service and first time trying the tile cleaning for my kitchen and natural stone backsplash. My grout is so clean. This area had dark dirty grout lines and it looks as new as the day we moved in. The zerorez carpet topical treatment got out some throw up stains from our cat and pee stain from our dog. Technician was very professional. Great experience.

Javier Came out today and did an amazing job. My carpets look brand new. He was super nice very respectful! Cant say enough good things! I will be using Zerorez again!

Today was the second time I’ve used ZeroRez and couldn’t be happier. Fred was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and as my husband put it, “didn’t linger and got the job done.” He did a great job especially on a few spots which is what triggered my calling.

We have a light cream carpet which, we knew, would get dirty- especially having four large dogs. But it’s worth it. When they left , my husband commented that we should have them come annually :-) I will ask for Fred again and stick with them!

We had ZeroRez clean our carpets today and it was the best carpet cleaning service we have ever had. Our carpet tech was Dexter. He was so friendly, thorough, and had awesome communication! He took his time and really made sure he did the best job possible. He made our carpets look new. He also let us know what he plan to do and how everything worked. He was patient and kind while we moved around furniture and we couldn’t appreciate him more. We will definitely be customers again!!

Our technician was very professional and fast. We would definitely have him come back out to clean other rugs or couches in our home! Overall I was super happy with how quick it was and the finished product!

The technician was on time-curteous-professional and accomodating. He did a very nice job in a timely manner-I think all the stains came up. Usually they rake the carpet-not this time-I hope it all evens out.

I can't give enough praise to your company and ALBERTO. He is a miracle worker. He cleaned what I thought was the impossible. Such a nice and respectful man. I will always use Zerorez as long as I can have ALBERTO clean the carpet. He deserves employee of the month/year and any other recognition your company can give. In just one day I have given several friends recommendations to call Zerorez.

Absolutely amazing experience! The technician arrived earlier and gave me a heads up by calling. He was fast and efficient. This Company is not cheap but they do a really good job and use nice equipment which is worth every dollar. They explain all options when I made an appointment and then the technician explained. The price increased (which I was expected to happen since my carpet had several pet stains). You get what you pay for. I highly recommend them and I will use them in future if need.

We love Zerorez!! Have used them for more than 10 years. They treated our carpet this morning, and once again did a wonderful job. Kenneth clean and protected our carpets throughly but quickly. He did a great job! We would recommend them to all our friends!

Excellent experience overall! They had a special to book by the end of the year and service was quick and professional. My carpets look amazing after lots of pet stains. Diamond did an awesome job and it took less than two hours from walk through to paying. Will happily use them again

Needed to have carpets professionally cleaned, found this company was nearby and could do it on short notice. *Watch the video on their website which explains the advantages of their system.*
They were courteous and provided a quote. I called 2 other places to compare, but this was the best with the promotion!
The technician, Diamond, arrived as scheduled and was amazing from his diligent prep, to his explanation of what I needed to do to ensure proper drying. There was an area which added an extra charge, but that was mentioned during the quote, so it was understandable. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Jose was FANTASTIC!!! Text me his arrival time, answered his phone and was very understanding when I delayed his arrival by 20 min. Walked me through what I was having done and with his 28 years experience helped me understand the importance of treating th rooms my dogs frequent! Despite the nasty weather outside he was efficient and friendly!!!

Horrible! Paid over $300 for a sofa cleaning. Let it dry overnight and in the morning the stains and smells were just as bad. I know some stains and smells won’t come out be this is ridiculous! 1st pic is before. 2nd pic is test spot for me to see what to expect. All other pics are after “cleaning”.

I had ekoserve out to my new home to stretch and clean the carpets. I had a couple of large wrinkles that I didn't think could be removed. Ekoserve did a great job removing the wrinkles and cleaning the carpets.

Extremely pleased and satisfied with my carpets. Working in my garage I didn’t realize until it was too late. I really put some stains on my master bedroom carpet. Nick @ Ekoserve did a first class job. He gave me an hour notice before arrival, and also messaged when he was on his way. Nick also tried to get stains out of a chair I had in my garage for awhile. Although I could have lived with the chair after cleaning, it was not to Nicks standards. Nick didn’t charge me for that, he never rushed or made me feel like he was in a hurry to get to the next job. I appreciate quality, promptness, communication and courtesy. Ekoserve is my go to carpet cleaning service and should be everybody’s. Thank you Nick and the Ekoserve gang!!
