I was thoroughly impressed with Octagon from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and stayed until the job was done to my satisfaction. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I would give no stars if it were possible. I work for a business that actually fired Octagon due to a lack of communication/ response, and went with another business. The month following that cancellation, our HQ accidentally mailed Octagon a check for the month we no longer used their services. Octagon had issued an invoice for $135.31 for the month of November, and our HQ automatically paid the amount just because it was in our system. Upon realizing the issue, I called several times, left several voicemails, emailed, etc. no response whatsoever despite saying in the voice message that their customers’ calls are “very important”. It is now February, and still nothing. For months. Octagon was very proactive when it came to cashing the check (almost immediately), but have completely gone silent when it comes to returning the money that they should not have requested in the first place. Do not use this company. Absolutely terrible.

Patrick did a great job with dumpster size and put my mind at ease on the project. The three men who emptied and cleaned the apartment did a thorough job and were responsive to my questions. I highly recommend Renew Cleaning.

I recently had to liquidate a close friend’s estate after her passing. Renew Cleaning and Restoration came in and helped me to completely clean years worth memories from a 4000 square foot home including ripping up all the carpet within a 3 day contract time period. Their team was incredibly professional, responsive and transparent throughout the process, explaining each step clearly and keeping me updated regularly. They were meticulous in their work, ensuring every detail was addressed and took pictures as we went. At the end of the day we completed a walkthrough to document each day’s progress. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation.

They did a great job fixing and cleaning gutters! They also made me aware of a few things I should get checked out around the house that I was unaware of.

Home Front ProCare did a Masterful job at my home. They came out gave me a more than fair estimate, then completed the work timely. They are a professional company all the way to the individuals answering the phones.

My windows hadn't been professionally cleaned in 7 years. Home Front ProCare first and foremost didn't shame me for it lol! They did an amazing job cleaning my windows inside and out snd made my screens actually shiny! I would highly recommend them and will use them again (before 7 years) haha!

EDIT: Had them back a month later to install a garbage disposal and do some drywall repairs. Still great service.

We had Home Front ProCare do several small home repairs, plus window washing and pressure washing our driveway and patio. They did a great job! We have used their sister company, Home Front Renovations, several times for larger remodeling work, so when they launched ProCare for home services, we were happy to be an early client. The handyman work was small stuff like a door replacement, drywall repairs and some painting, and they did a great job. The window washing was amazing. We actually thought they had forgotten to put the screens back on at first - it was just that clean! And when they pressure washed our patio, they managed to get several ugly stains off that we hadn't been able to remove with our own pressure washer. Highly recommended! We'll definitely use them again.
