Wow, what can I say? I was on a waiting list with another company for over a week to get my carpet stretched and tacked as well as the carpet on my stairs. I gave these guys a call and they came the same afternoon, gave an estimate and worked until 8:30 until they finished it. We've been remodeling and have been disappointed time after time by contractors but these guys were awesome. Professional, clean, competent. We will be using them for all our carpet needs.

Staff was very professional and polite. No complaints as far as interactions with them. However, the services were a bit lackluster. One bedroom had a couple of faint, small (quarter size) stains, and those remained unchanged. The main bedroom with the most traffic didn’t really look much different. No attempt was made to rejuvenate the carpet. I was able to take a cloth (after they “cleaned” it) and made more of a difference than they did. I guess I just expect a carpet cleaning service to make a little bit more of an effort than a quick single swipe over each area. Also, the main room had that usual heavy traffic smell...shoes and feet and a (clean) dog. That was better for about 3 days and started coming back, which tells me the cleaning was very topical, not deep cleaned. I guess I should have known that by how quickly he finished. Overall, I don’t really feel like the $140 I spent was worth it.

What a fantastic experience! I am a single mom and I work ridiculous hours so I don't always have a lot of extra time to spend on the phone or waiting on technicians. I greatly value professional service done on time and with skill. That is definitely what you will get with Woody and his team. They cleaned my carpets, tile in the kitchen and the wood in my dining room and I could not be happier! He and his partner were so helpful and you can tell they take pride in their work. If you're looking for a great company with courteous and knowledgeable technicians at a great price, look no further!

Eric is very nice and professional. He was on time and gave great customer service. He did all my three rooms for $89.95 plus tax and did a $200 job. My whole family is very satisfied with his service. Smells clean, looks clean and its just such a comfort, like the first time when we moved in. I recommend him dearly!

Used this company to clean my carpets when I was told that they were going to replace the carpet. I had toddlers stains from sippy cups and food stains. I could not get these stains up on my own. My carpet was extremely dirty and highly stained. This company came in and got them totally clean for move out and we passed inspection. I highly recommend this company for all your carpet, upholstery or whatever service they can do for you.

So happy I located this company! They replied quickly, answered all my questions and were able to schedule me soon after. They were prompt and did such an excellent job, I added more rooms and a chair to the appointment. They were nice, efficient and careful with my furniture. A++!!! The carpet cleaning service was awesome. I had 3 rooms that needed to be cleaned, one was in the state of distress, atleast for me. I did the deep clean with pet odor removal option. Yeah, now all the room feels fresh, like newish... I would definitely recommend. They were ontime, well equipped and affordable.

Great service, knew what they were doing, and arrived on time. Our dryer’s “check vent light” was on. I tried cleaning out the dryer vent hose and the light was still on. They came out, used a camera to check the entire vent, cleaned out everything and now our dryer works again!

So glad I called this family owned business! We had a dryer that wasn’t drying and they were able to use a camera to check the vent. No plugs or issues. They pulled my dryer out and checked in it and found a 😵 bird. They removed it, vacuumed everything out for good measure, put everything back together, and now my dryer runs great. They were quick and very professional.

Terrible customer service and don’t seem to care whatsoever about it. Got led along and flat out lied to by “Brandon” for three weeks about a project. After he fed me literally every excuse in the book, eventually said that they no longer have a crew and that Aledo (25mins away) is too far for them to go. This is after he stood me up the week before and had no issues with going to Aledo....”We have several jobs out that way” was what the lady answering the phones said. What a joke and a waste of time....
