Gus has done a terrible job.
We only used him for a couple of week and we got so many algae.
When we asked him if he cleaned the pool he said yes, finally we started watching our cameras. He would spend 4 min just picking up the leaves and shocking the pool. Didn’t even bother to clean the very obvious spots of dirt at the bottom of the pool.
He also charged us up front so now he owes us money. He blocked our #’s, so we can’t call him.
Will report him to BBB.

Do NOT use this pool service. They don’t know anything about pool maintenance, chemical balance, etc. Gus came and did the “maintenance”. 3 minutes of picking up leaves, not even cleaning filters. No vacuuming, no brushing. Our pool is now covered in algae after 4 weeks of what he calls “pool service”.
I mean, just look at the reviews, friends and family writing good stuff about this joke of a business.

When everyone was out 2 weeks, Guz came to my rescue the next day. He's the nicest guy and the charge was reasonable. My sweeper had a problem so he fixed that, cleaned up my pool, and added chemicals. It's clean and sparking now. He came out a few days later when l asked about info on a part he said l needed. He came back out at no charge. Great service.

It’s been a year now and we have been thrilled with every aspect of Shark Pools, including the quality and price for our weekly pool service and maintenance. Gustavo is the best; he’s punctual, honest, kind, caring and a great communicator!. Our pool stays crystal clear and clean!

Pool Sharks keep my pool clear. They turned my pool from a swampy mess to blue water. I thought I would need to drain it but with a few days of dedication and determination, he made it swimmable again. They are accommodating and also get right out when ever I have a problem. Highly recommend them.

Recently cleaned one of our offices! Clean and courteous staff. Our office hadn’t been cleaned in a few months, and they made it look like new again. We’ve recommended them to several other businesses in the area, if you need commercial cleaning we highly recommend Maid To Perfection and Morgan!

Morgan and her team have been a blessing to our home ever since we found them. They are extremely reliable, and her responsiveness is stellar! I stay blown away by the detail given to my home! They maintain EVERYTHING - baseboards, windows, refrigerator, ceiling fans, bathrooms, etc. My house smells so clean and fresh without the use of strong chemicals. I highly recommend them and look forward to each time they arrive!

I’ve been using Maid to Perfection for years. They are prompt, communicate well, and always do a fantastic job! Over the years, Kim has become part of the family and my dogs even get excited when they see her pull up in front of the house! I trust them immensely and know my home is safe when they’re there. So many cleaners seem to “slack off” when they get comfortable, but this service gives 110% every time! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Six stars out of five!

The ladies were meticulous in cleaning my home. Very knowledgeable and attentive to the types of chemicals they use in specific surfaces. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I called Reyes to do a move out clean on a rental property I own. They gave me the best price out of everyone I called. The 2 ladies that came to do the cleaning were so nice and paid attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier!

Truly terrible service. Two cleaners for 2hrs for a 120 sq ft apartment and they did the very bare minimum. No cabinets or drawers were opened and cleaned, nothing was moved on the counter to clean under or behind. The only thing done was sweep and mop the center of the room. I came 30 min before they were supposed to be done and they were packed and ready to leave. I pointed out some items missed but there were just too many. It is not my job to tell you how to do yours after paying $165.00.

Just wanted to share my experience which I'm truly happy with my cleaning service. Griselda C, Angela C, and Leslie N are an excellent team. They do a fantastic job in General Cleaning and Deep Cleaning. I highly recommended this team of ladies.

I hired this company to do post construction clean, after finding them on Angi. Quoted one time clean, I just read on their website what is included in one time clean, they didn't do a third of that work. What they did do was done poorly and I too was offered to have them come back and correct the issues. Why don't they do good work the first time?. Owner kept saying I approved their work. I approved what I glanced at so I could get back to my office. Didn't think the windows would only been cleaned on portion not covered by curtains! Will not recommend this company or trust recommendations from Angi list.

Sylvia and Laura did a fantastic job of deep cleaning our house. We have 3 toddlers and 3 cats so our house gets pretty messy and needed a thorough cleaning. They tackled the job with enthusiasm and left every room of our house sparkling clean.

I had a deep clean done on my 1700 square foot house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I was quoted a price that it would take 2 to 2 hours 45 min to complete. However, it took over 5 hours with 2 ladies and there was no way to deep clean in 2 plus hours! So my ultimate charge was almost double my quote. I believe I was misquoted to begin with and the time to complete the job was obviously going to be more than 2 to 2 hour 45 mins. But because it went over the time I had to pay high additional hourly rate. Also, I was trying to make work arrangements to be home during the cleaning but was told I wouldn't know what time they would be arriving until 5-6pm the evening before. That made it difficult to get approved at work for the time off. However, the 2 ladies that cleaned my house were nice and ultimately did a great job, which is the only reason why I gave Reyes Cleaning 2 star rating.

Monica L, Maria Teresa C, and Maria del Carmen L were all amazing! They went above and beyond our expectations and I cannot say enough nice things about them and the exceptional job they did yesterday. We’ve been using Reyes for months now and have always had a great experience with them. I highly recommend!

Words cannot express how deeply satisfied I am with Reyes Cleaning. My husband and I were skeptical at first because we didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I contacted Reyes for a quote we received exceptional customer service. If I had one word to describe the ladies that cleaned my home is THOROUGH!
