David Ucherek and his team were phenomenal! He provided my family with exactly what we needed and didn’t oversell! Every single person in his crew was professional, polite and all genuinely seemed excited to be there. They all knew their assignments and were quick to answer questions. Antelmo provided outstanding service on his first visit to my home to inspect my AC system! Very professional and honest . Was a pleasure to deal with and explained in detail everything he did.

Just a preventive maintenance check for summer. Thomas inspected the system and discussed his findings and recommendations in detail. System installed by Top Gun in May of 2024. The system and the service has been superb. Highly recommend Top Gun for a new system and continued maintenance after the system is installed.

Maintenance guy was good. He was 5 star. It’s Just that Top Gun had to come 4 times for issues with this system. This is our 1st time using this company. So rating is for our experience so far.

I will preface this with the fact that I have purchased 1 ac from top gun and been a loyal customer for over 4 years occasionally having the owner show up. I loved the previous ownership but the new owners have me looking for a new ac company.
The good: The technician was very professional and thorough. They provided pictures of the inspection they did and explained everything.
The bad: they merged with an electric company and another ac company and failed to inform me someone from another company was showing up to my house. The technician explained it as a merger. The office staff said they were bought out and had new ownership. Followed by letting me know to maintain my warranty on my ac I needed to pay for not only an ac inspection but also electrical and plumbing for an additional fee. I was quoted $5k more for an install than I was 6 months ago for the same unit.

I hate to give 1 star but this is the only Fissco Supply store that doesn’t answer their phone calls and when u walk-in you will see employee just chilling on computer. Very poorly managed location. Hopefully owner find out why this location not making much. I would highly recommend to avoid this location to save your time and just go else where they also have no inventory to help u with. Just go to different Fissco supply.

This used to be the better store between this location and the Haltom City one. Now it’s painfully slow, one guy working the counter and 5-6 contractors in line. No one seems to care either. It’s being poorly managed for a new location. Either get more staff or prioritize the customers who are physically present not on the phone. Counter staff moves slow as molasses, and I have to repeat myself constantly. What happened to customer service.
