If I had to recommend a AC Company to anyone this would be the one. I called at 4:40pm and they was here at my home the same day In the time they said. Very respectful. The price was decent . The technician Jose was very good. Thank you.

Was going to give A11 a rating of 5. They came out, gave us a quote for a new hvac unit cash pricing. Not only a better unit but priced less than others. They did an excellent job installing the unit. We called them back to install new ac ducting. Near end of job, noticed a foot hole thru our living room ceiling. We immediately showed them. The 2 workers, after speaking to each other, came back, stated it was water damage, not their fault and left. This is clearly a foot thru the ceiling, between and off of the rafters where you aren't supposed to walk! There is no sign of current or previous water damage at that location. I would have been ok with " we are so sorry, what can we do to make this right?" They just left.
We do have a little water damage in another part of the room which the insurance company is already fixing and it is contained and not in any other part of the room. So this new damage is clearly from someone stepping where they shouldnt, not from anything else.

Condensing unit quit working and called this company that was referred to me by a friend. A-11 Air Conditioning came out when they said. The technician was very professional and courteous, and repaired the unit. Cost for the repairs was very reasonable and will call them again for their services. I highly recommend this company.

They are excellent. Provide prompt service and clean everything up when finished. I needed 2 airconditioner units replaced within 2 weeks time and they were wonderful.

I was very bummed to learn that my ac unit busted and the other was on the brink. I decided to get multiple quotes from reputable HVAC companies. A-11 came to quote first, they are very responsive and fast. The other 4 came out later in the week. A-11 destroyed them on the quote, none of the others could even believe it. It made me a little weary, perhaps they are not quality. Well I was blown away, showed up on time, did everything perfectly, and all for a much lower cost. This is a company where you truly get more value than you paid for. I'm very glad I went with A-11 for my HVAC installation.

I was in desperate need of someone to save me during my AC outage. It's been 110 plus each day and my unit stopped working. It's not even 2 years old and the company that installed it were 6 days out for appointments (A#1). Not only could they come same day, he came in an hour! Jose was very professional and honest. I highly recommend A-11 Air Conditioning. They are professional, courteous and did a great job. I called them out after I had a bad experience with another company. The other company disabled my a/c unit saying I needed a new one. A-11 came out, put everything back together and got us up and running. They were so kind and empathetic. Our A/C is still working well.

My 17-year-old unit (1968 home; 2500 sq. ft.) wasn’t cooling evenly and was inefficient, so I decided to replace it before it failed. I had the luxury of getting several bids. Other companies would make recommendations without even going in to my attic to see how it was currently configured. Jose inspected everything. Not only was he the most thorough, he also had the best price by far. He replaced the unit, rebalanced the ductwork, and upgraded the insulation for a minimal fee. Jose and Carlos were professional, answered all my questions, and delivered great work at a great price. Highly recommend A-11 Air Conditioning!

A 11 Air Conditioning came out to our home to check our system as one (Master Bedroom) was not cooling. We were told a part that tell the Compressor to come on was not working and needed to be replaced. Okay we had no problem with that or the cost that the repairman (Jose) quoted to us. The problem I find is with the three units of freon ( or current coolant used) put into the system. My copy of the repair slip says 3 lbs. of R-410A at 85.00 per unit put into the unit and no warranty due to existing leak. ( one unit was discounted per receipt) 1st of all our unit was cooling except one room. There was no mention of repair of the "existing leak", just put more coolant into the system. Why would you do that as it just going to leak out? When I call the office to complain and express my concern today I spoke with Carlos who said he was the manager. His explanation to me was that it was common practice to add coolant with out seeing where the leak is or repairing it and then adding coolant. I disagree with the so called common practice as Mr. Carlos explained. He said we could call them next year and they will come out before summer to do a maintenance service. That is not going to happen as I do not trust them to do the right thing as I said to him. I would not recommend this company as I think they just padded the bill. I DO NOT THINK IT IS A REPARABLE COMPANY. Also Mr. Jose was interested in selling us a new unit as he said the two units we have are too small. We have had this house over eleven year from original built and he is the only air conditioning serviceman to say our unit is too small. I am telling you DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Tried calling for a few days now, no one ever answers the phone. Seems to be unprofessional to be so unresponsive. Wouldn’t recommend.

Have older HVAC that wasnt cooling. Another repairman told me no way to fix must replace. This guy repaired my system and went above board to male sure everything was not only functioning now but will last. Highly recommend. You do need to be patient for call back but we'll worth it.
