I had Ronald from A1 Chimney come to clean my chimney after 6 years without any service. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe the amount of creosote that came out of my chimney, I even took a picture myself because it was so shocking to see. I called A1 Chimney because the gas fireplace wasn’t venting correctly. I called on a Sunday evening, and they were out the next day. Turns out there were lots of things going on with it. The tech, Ronald, was very thorough with his inspection and very patient in explaining everything that was wrong and what it was going to take to get it back up to working safely and correctly. We had to wait about a week to get all the parts. Once the parts arrived, he communicated with me directly to schedule a time to make the repairs. It took him about 3 hours to make all the repairs, and again, he was very thorough in his work and very patient in explaining how the new system worked. I am very pleased with every aspect of this transaction.

I was very pleased with my experience with A1 Chimney. They replaced two chimney caps on our home and also repaired the damage to the cement crowns. The finished product looks great. I appreciated the professionalism of Tal, our contact at A1, his good communication about our project, and his follow up. They have a dedicated fabricator so delivery was less than 2weeks. A much better experience than the previous company I contacted for a proposal. I am happy to recommend Tal and A1 Chimney based on my experience with them.

He took photos and showed us exactly where it was and explained everything he was doing. I’m extremely happy with the work A1 Chimney did on my fireplace. They gave it a full makeover, installed a brand, new black frame around the insert, replaced all the refractory panels, and even put in a new gas line. The insert now looks like it just came out of the showroom! On top of that, they performed a PCR cleaning on my chimney which completely removed the creosote smell that had been lingering in my home. Amazing job

I normally don't leave reviews, but I absolutely had to with this experience. Tal and Yavoni were absolutely amazing! They were able to squeeze me in for the consultation and work. They replaced the panels inside my fireplace and cleaned my chimney in about an hour. They were professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, clean and expedient. They suggested to paint the panels black, since the panels would eventually turn that color with use of the fireplace. It looks amazing! I highly recommend them and A1 chimney. Trust me, you will not regret it. I would give 10 stars if I could!

The soot and the dust is under control There just was a lot of debris left over from the winter. Liya came from A1 chimney right on time and left exactly on time. No corners were cut. Everything seemed just right. Nothing rushed great service provided by A1 chimney thank you all.
