If your operator/worker Shawn is a representation of your company then I’d say you have a classy group of individuals working there. Shawn was in and out, and respectful. I was tardy to my appointment and he was safe to be at my house with my wife while I was on the way, and she says nice things as well. He wasn’t frustrated. Made quick work of the job, and gave me pointers, even showed me ways to keep my unit operating in pristine condition. Overall great job. Super satisfied customers. Thanks again.

Cannon was very professional, friendly, and took time to explain what was going on with my AC. In checking my filters, he found that one was really, really bad from work previously done in the house. He changed it for me. I would highly recommend this company.

Shawn showed up on time and did a great job! He found the problem with my AC system right away, fixed it and sold me on an upgrade that should prevent this issue from reoccurring. Few things are worse than having your AC go out in August, but I'm glad I had Ft. Worth Heat and Air available when I needed them.

Shawn our technician is outstanding. He has been servicing our account since we installed a new Mini Split unit at the beginning of this year. He is very knowledgeable on Mini Splits and very thorough with the maintenance and repair of our main HVAC units as well!

Update, we needed to replace our HVAC system and after receiving 3 estimates I decided to go with Anthony. He was not the cheapest but his bid included the best equipment at a low price. They did an amazing job and we are now enjoying a much better system that is also more efficient. I could not recommend this company more!
