I did some research pricing out HVAC systems and Made New A/C came in with a very good quote compared to other big names in DFW.

Anthony is honest and professional. He always followed through on everything he said and this is why I also decided to sign up for a service plan with Made New. Definitely recommend them!

My unit went out and I was leaving 2 days later. They made time to come out and diagnose my system before I left town on business. I needed a complete replacement. I was lent a portable AC unit to help keep the main room comfortable for my dogs until they could get out to install the unit. When I got back in town my house was nice and cool.

Anthony and his team are very professional! They were able to thoroughly diagnose and repair the issues. They also were able to get me on their schedule same day, plus they arrived 3 hours earlier than estimated. We are very satisfied with their workmanship and their ability to explain the work that was being performed. I’ve used other companies before, but from now on I’ll only trust them to get the work completed right the first time.

Really good customer service. The technician (Barry) arrived on time and with good attitude. He replaced the not working parts. Explained the reasons for the potential problem and most important on how to prevent something like this in the future.

Didn't even get them to come out!! The lady answering the phone was rude and getting loud just when asking about what they do or check for the$89 service call fee... that's just for them to come out.... EVERYTHING else is extra.. won't be using these guys. Thank you lady for showing your companies true colors before they got here!!
