Ace has replaced 2 of our A/C units and most recently, our water heater. We have called on them to service our units too. They have outstanding techs (shoutout to Ruben) and back office. They are able to give us honest suggestions and advice. It’s very easy to schedule appointments with them. We will definitely call on them in the future!

UPDATE:
I was contacted by the company and they apologized for sending the tech that did a poor job. Rob, the owner, said he would send Ruben out to do the job the other tech didn’t do. Ruben has been to my house several times over the years and always have gone up and beyond…..like he is did today. Like I said before I have used this company for over 20 years and have always had excellent service. Rob, the owner, responded to my complaint and I received the service I was accustomed to. I appreciate you all and look forward to many more years of excellent service.

This company installed my system 22 years ago. I have had it serviced every year since. This year the guy they sent out was a temporary guy that was helping out until he starts his new job in 30 days. All he wanted to do was sell me something. In past years, they always took my unit apart and cleaned it and got it ready for the season. This year het sat on a bucket and did nothing for 15 minutes. I called the office after he left and told them my experience. All she said was that she would tell the boss. I didn’t hear back from anyone. I would have thought someone would have called and offer to send someone else out and finish the maintenance…didn’t happen. I guess customer loyalty means nothing. I don’t know if they have had a change in ownership, but with this kind of service and not caring…they will loose customers. Needless to say, this is the last service call I will make. Very unhappy!

I have been a loyal customer of Ace Air Conditioning & Heating for over 20 years. They have always offered honest, professional, reliable service and I trust them with all my A/C and heating needs. They recently replaced my A/C and heating units and I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they responded to my call. I highly recommend their company

These guys are great. Fast, profession crew, fair price. I use them - and keep using them. Good dudes, Ruben serviced mine having issues this week, and the dude is awesome.

We've had so many issues with our a/c and had several companies come out and look at it. None of them found the issue. Ruben found the issue in the first half hour. He was great about explaining everything, got the part replaced through the warranty it was covered under and I will call them again. It may have cost us, but I believe I got what I paid for this time. If that changes, I'll be back, but right now, I'm a satisfied customer.

Very professional and extremely helpful. The technician (Nick) they sent provided tips and cost saving advice for keeping our units running. He demonstrates great customer service and answers all of our family's questions. We have used Ace since we moved to TX over 8 years ago and will continue using them in the foreseeable future. I definitely recommend Ace for you HVAC needs.

This was my first dealings with Ace and I can tell you they were phenomenal! They were 15 minutes early, and ver courteous. They listened to my needs and went straight to work. They installed a new ac, cleaned up completely after they were done, and a minor problem was reported immediately and fixed within the hour. These guys literally had the best price and gave me exactly what I needed and didn’t try to sell me on something that I didn’t need. I will definitely recommend and use them every time I have an issue!! Thank you, Everett and Jorge!!

We had them put in our HVAC unit 10 years ago and had them service it yearly.
The unit stopped working right when the recent winter storm hit, found out through a electrician I know and a HVAC tech that the electrical wiring during installing it by their electrician used the wrong wiring and basically (Jerry rigged )it until the strain on the unit was to much that it tripped the breaker and the unit came to a screeching halt, we had no heat during 30% temperatures and lower.
They could not figure out why they just didn’t do it correctly to begin with unless they just decided to use what wiring they had wrong or right, so what they installed was not in code!
Unless there is a 3rd party to inspect their work, Don’t use them.
They knew what they were doing was wrong!

Ft. Worth Mechanicsl Group (formerly Walker HVAC)has been the company we used for the last 9-10 years. I recommend them to all my friends & neighbors. The same technician, Cody, comes each time which is important to me since he’s familiar with my system & where everything is. They replaced my system about 3 years ago. I’m very pleased with this company, the owner & the technicians.

This A/C company by far is the best money can buy. The owner personally walked me through all of the details of a new whole house installation about a year ago. The technicians and installers are top notch and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I recently had an issue with my thermostat during non business hours on a weekend and the technician was at my house to fix the problem in less than an hour (Thanks Jon and Andrew). I will continue to do business with this company for years to come!

My family and I have been using Walker HVAC for, maybe, 30 years. Dad used Walker. When I bought a house and needed HVAC work, Walker was my first call and will always be my first call. We are selling our house in Keller and the buyer wanted the system inspected. We’re in Greece, an 8 hour time difference. Walker’s staff and technicians did the inspection and kept us updated all along even when we’re not around. That is how much I trust this company.

Compressor was making loud noises! I saw some ice on the blade and melted it which helped. Still wanted someone to check it out to confirm that was the only problem. It has been a while since I had a service check. Called as soon as they opened and Andrew was here by 10:30 am! They have always come same day I call! That's great service! Highly recommend them whether it's a check up or you have a problem and need help right away! Thanks Andrew!

I have been using FW Mechanical for about a year now. Great people and very responsive. Also compared to most other HVAC providers, better priced.

Walker HVAC has been excellent. I had my HVAC system replaced last year, and just had my one year service done. Everyone that I was in contact with was very professional and quick to respond when I had questions regarding my ac. Andrew was the main person who came out during both the install and one year service. I highly recommend Walker HVAC!

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS COMPANY! I was having issues with my heat pump, so I called- I swear Cody was here before I got off the phone. At least that’s how it felt, lol. Apparently there was some wiring that was rotten, so Cody called Andrew out for an assist. The guys were here for probably 3 1/2 hours, got it where I could have some heat for the night and then I was going to give them a call the following week. My heater then went out the next evening completely (due to the wiring issue), and Andrew bent over backwards coming out on a Saturday night to get it fixed for me. These guys are the absolute best and HONEST! So refreshing.

Great service! Called and they were there within the hour and unit was fixed.. Highly recommend! 😊
