They took advantage of my elderly parent. They came to fix the unit but only added freon after being asked to find the leak by adding dye. This was only 3 months ago that cost $250.00. The unit is in need of service once again. Do NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR AC NEEDS!

Glenn came today and replaced the capacitor. He didn't try to upsell a replacement outside unit like another local "reputable" company who claims honor and integrity as hallmarks advised me was necessary several years ago! The tech came over without a call or email but was nice enough to check on the furnace even though I didn't have the service call scheduled. After doing some minor checks he gave me a supposition of what the problem could be and said he would look up the part and get back with me, on Thursday he called and let, e know the particulars and let me know I could call around for a better price but since he did my air conditioning last summer with more issues I did not even consider it
