Experienced great service. The two guys they sent out (Dimitri and Landon) were fantastic. Even with the previous issue not presenting they were still able to isolate the issue and run diagnostic on the unit leading to a quick correction of the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Cory and his team are very knowledgeable and experienced. They took the time and pointed out the problem and educated me on the issue. He was very thorough and patient with diagnosis. We had 2 other companies to diagnose and give an estimate and they were terrible! Told me things that were wrong and it was Not and was going to charge me over 12,00$. I appreciate Lawrence Air Conditioning for their honesty and great work.

Had an awesome experience with Lawrence Air Conditioning & Heating, specifically with technicians Cory and his partner. Cory took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnostic process step-by-step, walking me through each test he was performing and detailing potential future failure points to monitor. His partner was also very kind and contributed to a positive and informative visit. While the issue I initially described wasn't duplicated during the visit, Cory's clear explanations have armed me with the knowledge to better understand and maintain my system going forward. I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to educate the customer. Highly recommend Cory and his partner for their expertise and excellent communication.

A few weeks ago our 20+ year old AC unit was having issues making cold air. We called a couple different places and Lawrence air conditioning and heating was the first to be able to come out. They took their time on the phone with me when I was discussing the problem and were always super honest and helpful.
When Corey and his team came out to evaluate what was going on they discussed with us several options. My husband and I greatly appreciated the honesty and the fact that Corey sat down with us and went through all the options and answered every single question we had. It meant a lot to us that we didn’t feel rushed and that he made sure we understood everything moving forward. We ultimately needed to replace our full system and they were able to get us on the schedule a few days later! Without AC in our house they loaned us a portable AC unit to help us out while we waited for the full system replacement (super helpful!).
It took 2 days to complete the replacement and every single guy was great! They were respectful of our house and laid down drop clothes and wore booties. They cleaned up after themselves and worked so hard! By the time they finished, Corey and the team walked us through and showed us everything they did. We could tell that everything they did was with care and great quality. My family can not recommend them enough! They made a stressful time a whole lot easier.

Called them to come investigate a noise I noticed coming from my HVAC. They let me know it was completely normal. Didn’t try to sell me on some unnecessary work. I appreciate the honesty and integrity.

Lawrence Air Conditioning is a great company to go with for anything HVAC related. They are a small family owned company and believe in honesty and it shows with everyone from the owner to the techs that came and installed our new AC unit. Their prices are very good compared to the other quotes I received. When I called and told them I was ready to get the new AC installed they were able to fit me in the next day which was awesome as it is the middle of summer. All the installers where very professional, they laid down drop cloths and then vacuumed when they were done too. If we had any questions during the process they were great at stopping what they were doing and taking there time to answer questions. Overall I would highly recommend at lest getting a quote from Lawrence

Corey was fantastic. I had initially called to correct some issues for a system that was installed by another company. After a thorough diagnostic Corey was able to solve my major complaint and point out several issues that were overlooked by the previous company. He was able to explain everything in a concise manner and told me what steps needed to be taken to get everything up to snuff. Pricing was also very fair and I feel like I got excellent value for my money, and there was zero pressure on trying to upsell anything. Would 100% recommend Lawrence Air Conditioning & Heating.

They where responsive showed up within 30 minutes of my call and had my Ac running in no time. Landon was extremely professional, friendly and was knowledgeable in his craft. I would highly recommend going with Lawrence air conditioning & heating.

I’ve been dealing with one company for 19 years, I decided to Make a change For several reasons. Although my decision is random, it led me to a company that cares about their customers and educate them on the services step-by-Step as well as what’s the new regulations for AC units and repairs. I felt like it took a history class with the service provider, knew everything and give him background information that was very informative. They told me every step of what he was doing and the possible outcome. Which is great news for me. I appreciate the service provider And my unit is now up and running.

Replaced a defective igniter on my heat system. Tech found the issue quickly, but did not have the part on his truck. He was able to contact a fellow tech who brought the part out. I consider that to be “customer first” service.
