Cory from Lawrence came out to our house to work on our AC unit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and helped us make the best decision on moving forward with our old AC unit. We will 100% use them again.

These guys were great! They were able to get to me the next business day for warranty compressor replacement. They showed up when they said. The work was done in a good time frame. Landon and RJ were polite and took care of it. Very informative and wasn’t trying to upsell. The price was what was quoted over the phone. Payment was simple and they cleaned up after themselves. Had me cooling in just a few hours.

Recommend wholeheartedly. We’ve only used Lawrence HVAC, a couple of times, and both have been “unplanned” situations. Each time, they have made it to the house the same day and after their service I compared their prices for that service to other vendors and found Lawrence to be much more economical.

Friday evening my a/c quit working. Called and left a message @7 pm. Thinking the earliest I would be able to get someone out to look at it would be on Monday. To my surprise I was called back within 15 minutes and a tech was at my house within 45 minutes of leaving a message! By 8 pm my a/c was working again. Very pleased with Lawrence’s service! Korey the tech that did repairs was very informative & friendly.

Cory quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I also had a dripping secondary drain pipe which no one could fix ever since the unit was installed six years ago. He immediately knew what needed to be done and corrected it. Very reasonable charge.

I recently had a second occasion to call and that was resolved, and I also learned a lot about my AC.

It's been a couple months now and the A/C is still working perfect. Cory was extremely professional and patient. He answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and gave me tips on how to improve the longevity of my HVAC system for the future. Cory was also very informative and would text me in advance to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived on a Monday, identified the issue, explained the solution, ordered the parts, came back the next day, and by Tuesday evening, we had working A/C again. I'd recommend this service to everyone!

Had an issue with our AC. Cory came out and took care of the issue. He is very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how to correct the issue. He also explained how and why the thermostats should be set in regards to the upper level compared to the lower level. In addition, he helped me connect our system so it can be controlled remotely. Originally dealt with Cory who had been amazing, always a straight shooter and will do everything he can to make it right! Had the guys come to replace the air handler and they were great, very respectful and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend to everyone!
