Above and Beyond! When we purchased our home 4 years ago the inspector failed to notice two things. That the previous owner built the upstairs around the downstairs unit and that they did not put enough returns for the upstairs unit. As a result anytime I had a AC company come out they would tell me that if the unit for the downstairs ever died it was going to cost me a fortune to have it removed and have the unit put back into another spot. So two weeks ago when we had the warm weather my worst fear happened. The AC died! Like dead big time. I called all the other big name companies you see on TV and they came out and gave me a quote. One group even said they would have to open my roof just to get access. Just like they all said, it was going to have to cost me a ton of money.....that is until I called Fort Worth Air. James came out and looked at the system. He agreed that it was dead but he did not agree that it was going to cost a fortune. We also looked at the upstairs as he immediately realized we did not have enough returns. The best I could ever get the upstair to be on a day when it was 80 was like 76 degrees. He discovered that not only were there not enough returns but the unit was undersized. He stated that moving the downstairs unit would not be a problem because they could extend the supply line using duct board. As you will see in the pictures the duct board is a work of art. I personally watched James measure and build the duct by hand in my garage. I took pictures which you can see how good it looks. The other thing I found impressive is that Sunny the owner came out personally to go over James suggestions and made some improvements that reduced my total cost. For as much money as I was about to spend the other guys owners didn't come out. The install team that worked with James were very professional and very polite. The day they completed the upstairs it just happened to be 82 degrees outside. They were able to get the upstairs to 70 degrees. For the first time my kids actually wanted to stay up there. I wish I could give more than five stars to this company because they did what they said they were going to do and the workmanship is incredible. Oh and I was able to replace both units for thousands less than the other guys bid on just replacing one.

Swapped 3 ton AC unit quickly. I really shopped around and these guys were the most reasonably priced by far. I will definitely be using them for any future needs!

I feel I can’t say enough about Fort Worth Air-Conditioning! It is the heat of the summer and our air conditioning isn’t cooling at 7:30am on Saturday morning. I called at 7:48 and Sonny picked up after 2 rings! He was at my home at 11 am checking my system on a SATURDAY!!! I know there are a lot of great air-conditioning companies out there but they don’t pick up their phones on a weekend, Sonny always answers my call. If he misses it, he will always call you back. Sonny has done maintenance on our old system for 7 years before it went out and replaced our system last year!!! Highly highly recommend Fort Worth Air-Conditioning, ask for Sonny, he is the owner!!!

Sonny was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and open and honest about everything throughout the entire process. From the quote to the install, he took his time to answer every question we had in depth. His team was extremely professional and did an outstanding job installing the new AC in our house. Not only was the install a 10/10, they also worked very quick and finished the job much sooner than I was expecting. If you’re looking for a company to do any sort of HVAC work, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to give them a call.

Called to set up a time. Sonny asked me to text him so he could confirm. I texted him and he didn't respond until I followed up again. Then we set the 2 hour window for him to arrive . He texted in the window and asked if we were still on, when I responded 45 min later (still in the window), it was too late. He said he had "moved on with his day." I suppose he didnt want to make the trip. Quite frustrating he didn't call to confirm

Honest, Quick, and Reliable. Sonny has made many repairs to both my systems in my 23 year old home. We finally had to replace the upstairs system in 2024. He keeps the units functioning and running good for as long as he can, and will only recommend replacement if the cost of repair does not make sense for the age/condition of the unit. Just made repairs on my 2nd unit that I thought for sure would need to be replaced. Told me it was an older unit, but still functioning well so no need to replace.

I was recently intoduced to Sonny by my realtor upon purchasing a new home. We needed to have the existing units inspected and he was extremely knowledgeable. His servies were very reasonable and you can quickly tell that he knows his stuff. He was very thorough and noted one item we will need to address before the warmer months in the Spring. Needless to say, we will certainly be using him for that repair!

Sonny came to service our 14 year old heat pump unit and had a component malfunction while servicing. Installed new component and did not charge for item because he was not sure if failure was something that was ready to fail or if he could have caused failure. Excellent service a truly honest person. Will continue to use him fo future AC/Heat needs.

Quick response to a late night call. Gave us full transparency on pricing. Very easy to communicate (both phone and text). Both employees were very professional and Knowledgeable and kept the area clean thru the install. I was able to work from home while they were here with no disruptions.

Excellent from start to finish with the installation of my new mini split ac/heat unit. Very responsive with phone calls, quotes, getting the unit I needed, and installation in less than a week. Lambert AC saved me. I had another company come out to service the system and they said compressor was locked up, fan not working because it was burned out and it used R22 freon so we needed a new system. Lambert came out and relaxed the coil and it works like a charm. Blowing cold for 1/10th of the price. He will be my go to guy from here on out.

My AC was not blowing cold and not keeping up in this heat. I called Lambert HVAC and they were quick to come out and diagnose the problem. The issue was fixed in a matter of minutes. The AC is now blowing cold and keeping up with the heat. Best service and best prices around.
