Outstanding service! The company followed through with everything they promised. They gave me a free estimate and installed the new A/C coil the next day. The old A/C coil that had the freon leak was replaced with a brand new coil. The old coil was still under warranty. The labor charge was very reasonable.

Always great service! Our tech S.D is friendly and professional. Service today was for maintenance , installing surge protector and box of filters.

Sonny was able to schedule me in for a same day appointment which was great because my house was getting too hot for my pets. He fixed my AC with in 20 minutes! He was upfront with the cost of the repair and parts before he did any work and overall he did a great job and i will definitely hire him again in the future.

A/C went out on Labor Day weekend (of course!) and the system wasn’t even 2 years old. After calling two other service providers (and not getting called back). I called Fort Worth Air and Sonny picked up immediately and was able to be on site within 1.5 hrs. I of course had to pay the weekend/holiday call out fee, but that’s understandable. Sonny diagnosed and had my AC up and running in about 10 minutes! Professional and timely, would definitely recommend!

Fort Worth Air is amazing!! Sonny was phenomenal! He was on time, Incredibly nice, very thorough and explained everything extremely well to me. He got right in and found the problem super quick. He was even nice enough to not charge me for 1lb of refrigerant (I couldn’t afford), because he wanted to show me the difference it would make on the efficiency of my unit. Definitely will recommend him to everyone I know, and will go back to him in the future if I have anymore problems!!

Sonny was amazing! On Sunday morning here in benbrook we had an emergency ac issue. We woke up with no air in the middle of July. I called Sonny about 9am and he was to our house before 1pm that day diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it that day because our ac required a unique motor that he didn’t carry on his truck. But Sonny made a special trip to the supplier the next day because the website said they didn’t have any in stock and he couldn’t get them on the phone. So he made a special trip just to be 100% positive that they didn’t have one. Lucky, they had just received a truck between him driving there and looking online and they got two in. He picked it up and got it installed for us. Sonny’s communication with us was superb. Would definitely recommend him to anyone around us!!!!

The service I received today on my a/c unit was unbelievable. My wife and I noticed the house was warming up much higher than our thermostat said and we made the call to Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc. Sonny fit us into his already busy schedule and provided one of the quickest diagnostics I have ever witnessed. Sonny came to do maintenance work on my HVAC system at my home and did an outstanding job. The absolute honesty and integrity by which he detailed everything that was needed and what was not needed was explained thoroughly by him. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

I had my AC go down in the middle of a string of 100+ degree days and Sonny diagnosed the issue quickly and unfortunately due to the age it was a full replacement inside and out of the system. He managed to get an install schedule quickly and in a couple days I was back up and cooling down. The install team was done in about 3 hours. Very fast and very professional. Fantastic!

I called Sonny only minutes after arriving home from work due to my air conditioning stopped. Sonny answered immediately and scheduled me in for that night. Within four hours of my call Sonny had it working again!

He cares about his customers and he was very professional. He cleaned up afterwards and gave me a warranty for the work he personally performed.
