I am happy to give a 5 star rating to R-10 heat & air starting with the professional response from the office staff. Now a 5 star plus rating to the service tech. Brandon Hiesler that serviced our heat pump system. The most professional knowledgeable & likable service technician we have ever had. Brandon quoted a fair price. Was here on the job right on time. Completed the work in the time he quoted & made sure he left the work area spotless. We signed an annual maintenance agreement with R-10 heat & air & would highly recommend them.

Brandon was my Tech. He arrived on time and told me exactly what he was going to do. He that I was comfortable and had no questions before he began his work. I had requested that they clean my air ducts, drier vent and the outside unit. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and I'm pleased with the results.

This company really does excellent customer service. When I called them, they were really kind and professional, as well as comforting during a stressful time when my air duct needed to be updated urgently. They arrived on schedule, and three technicians worked in my home, keeping me updated on their progress. They worked quiet and professionally, and before leaving at the end of the job, they made sure their workplace was clean.

I couldn't be more happy or pleased with the service that I received from TemperaturePro. Brandon was extremely courteous and professional every step of the way. He absolutely knows his information. I had thought based on the size of my home that I would need a 5-ton unit. Of course Brandon could have easily sold me one and received more money, but instead he explained in full detail to me why I didn't need such a large unit. Installation was quick and done very neatly. After installation I had to call because the house still felt a little humid. I had an immediate appointment the very next day. Nathan and Brandon both came out. They were both very thorough and took their time. With a little tweaking to the unit they made my house comfortable and cool. I highly recommend TemperaturePro to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

I had our new system Installed back in July right in the middle of the heat wave we had! It was awesome to say the least. Had my first PM check today just to make sure everything is working properly, which it is. The tech Brandon, fine young man, did a very thorough inspection and made me sure all was good 👍. So glad I went with R-10 HVAC.

very thorough I didn’t know what the problem was. He came thinking it was one thing, but we figured out. It was something else and everything’s working great now. I signed up for the $99 a year membership

R-10 not only gave me a lower quote for the same amount of work but pointed out an additional expense that was not needed which saved me more. Everyone I spoke with was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah and Christian came out and did a very thorough duct - A/C unit cleaning, were super friendly, and patiently answered any questions I had about the procedure. I never felt pressured at any time through the process. I would use this company again without hesitation.

My needs were not considered a rush, however they were able to send two technicians within a few days from when I called.
The service persons were on time, quickly reviewed my systems, located a replacement part for the main unit and fixed it.
This is fifth time I have used them and have always been pleased.

Our technician (Christian) did and excellent job. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He was either at our house when he promised or called to notify us when there was an unforeseen delay picking up a part. I would definitely use R-10 again and appreciate their great staff.

Christian did a great job checking out the whole AC system and adding refrigerant. He helped me to understand what he was seeing, and assured me that all was good.

These guys fit me in same day, short notice, and had my AC up and running in 15 minutes. Friendly and helpful office and tech. I'd recommend R10 to anyone.

I am very happy with our – 10 heating and air. They were very prompt quick service on Sunday, which was amazing. They have a very feasible service contract to come and check out your units. They repaired my unit quickly promptly Christian was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest.

Christian is a delightful technician ~knowledgeable , kind & arrived early -with text sent the hour before that he was in route.
