Called up and Dylan had someone at my house in 15 minutes. I called after a tech from another company told me I needed a new unit. His tech fixed the issue in 30 minutes and my unit has been running with no issues 2 years later. Highly recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. My AC has been a nightmare since it was installed, and their response has been nothing short of negligent. After the initial installation, it was clear that the job was done poorly—exposed tubing connected to the unit that should have been installed inside the house. This sloppy work is unacceptable, especially considering how critical AC is in Texas.

To make matters worse, the AC broke down again, and despite the urgency of the situation, this company has done nothing to fix it in a timely manner. My AC ran nonstop all night, likely due to a leak, and the lights in my house were flickering constantly. The indoor temperature is unbearable, and this is not just an inconvenience—it's a threat to my family's health, particularly my son, who has health conditions that make a functioning AC essential.

The lack of professionalism and urgency in addressing these issues is astounding. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers or the quality of its work. I will be looking for another contractor who can do the job right, and I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. Their disregard for proper installation and customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Yvonne is very impatient and extremely rude on the telephone. You would think that someone who handles calls from frustrated customers would be a little more empathetic. Little to no customer service skills and very unprofessional. Not a good look for the company. I can almost guarantee you that you are losing money with that lady handling your phone.

Update: After “replacing my entire system” there has been no change. It’s 78 degrees outside and 83 degrees in my home. Beware, this is a terrible company!

I appreciate his transparency and quick communication whenever I had a question or needed to address guidelines from my HOA. I would definitely recommend him and will call them for any future needs.

Logan and Colton were exceptional! They were very polite and were very thorough taking care of the issue with my HVAC. They also solved a problem with a duct that I’ve had for years and nobody has taken care of! They were absolutely amazing!

Yvonne, you need a job that does not involve any form of customer service—EVER. To say this woman was rude is an absolute understatement. When I called to set an appointment I was mid sentence and she cut me off and said, let’s start with your PHONE NUMBER HOW ABOUT THAT!?! In the most nasty, condescending tone I’ve heard in my 37 years of living. She continued to be down right hateful on the phone. Mind you, this was our very first encounter. People simply don’t talk to me that way. When I had to talk to her on the phone again, I dreaded it because her attitude is so incredibly toxic, and childish it will RUIN YOUR DAY. They sent some young kids out to my house who legitimately did nothing, and got paid from my property management. This company, even IF they have good HVAC services (not sure I can attest to that after looking through reviews) it won’t even matter because the woman running the customer service end of this business will absolutely ruin the business and make sure any customer never uses them again or recommends them. I run a business myself, we have a fairly large remodel company, and we deal with sub contractors and HVAC contractors constantly. I have NEVER encountered someone so unprofessional in my 15 years in this business. Not once. I cannot imagine having someone represent a business in that manner.

Had a heating unit go down during recent winter storm. Came out almost immediately (when others were at least a day out) to take a look and diagnose the issue. The Tech checked both units while he was here to ensure proper function of the remaining unit as well. He thoroughly explained the issue in a way I could understand, and provided the necessary course of action to resolve. They were upfront and professional, definitely going to recommend this company to others.

Angel Mendoza from AC Services was outstanding. After multiple technicians spent hours trying—and failing—to fix my heater, Angel diagnosed the issue within the first 40 minutes. He then spent the rest of the time making sure everything was running correctly and reliably, not just doing a quick fix.
He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. On top of that, he brought great energy to the job—he even sang while he worked, which made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and dedication. Highly recommend Angel and AC Services!
