I signed up for the maintenance package with Webb Air after moving to the area. Sr Tech Brandon Bolton came out on the first tune-up visit and helped educate us on the system in the house we had just bought. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward in what he thought was and was not needed in order to keep the system running smoothly. Very pleased with this company so far!

The repairman, Jesus C. was VERY good and very kind! My unit was blowing heat fine after the repair and was still working well when I left this morning.

My experience with Webb Air was superior from start to completion of the job. They came to give a quote within a few days after my initial contact with the company. We knew that we would need a completely new system inside and out. The quote was on the low-end of our price expectation. So we contracted with Webb Air.
Mr. Parr promptly emailed a contract for review. Upon acceptance of the contract, things moved quickly. Knowing our a/c system was struggling, Mr. Parr expedited delivery of our system and installation promptly followed.
Every step of this service was thoroughly explained, and questions and comments answered to our satisfaction.
I also wanted to praise the hard work and politeness of the employees providing the service. This was a big job and completely stress-free for us. After completing yesterday’s job, there is no sign that anyone had ever been here. They left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. I was also appreciative of their attention to details.
I am completely satisfied with Webb Air and the materials and employees needed to complete this important job.

Jerry Webb and his crew are the sharpest AC professionals I have ever dealt with. They continue to "WOW" me with their service, professionalism, knowledge and honesty. They have never tried to sell me stuff I don't need and always take the time to explain what I do need and why. Often they give me options which is great since even though I am a business, I do have a budget that I am working with. I can't give an AC contractor higher marks then I do this group. Thank guys.

On 02/22/24 I contacted Webb Air (Certified Carrier Repair Expert) regarding a surging malfunction (off/on) with my Carrier Infinity smart thermostat. The first tech that came out didn't listen to understand my issue, even after seeing my thermostat surge off/on. Upon touching the thermostat, he noticed that it was semi loose from wall bracket and by securing correctly, he stated issued resolved (young arrogant🤦🏾‍♀️). He proceeded to diagnostic test AC unit and concluded "AC was operating effectively and nothing was wrong with Thermostat".🤔 As the tech was leaving my home I explained to him that if surging returned, I needed my Thermostat to be REPLACED it was still under manufacture warranty. A couple hrs later I received a follow up call from Webb Air Service Manager Jason regarding my prior service tech issue. We clarified a better understanding of my concern and opted to replace thermostat, if surging malfunction continued.
Contacted Jason today (early morning), 02/23/24 to inform him that my thermostat surge malfunction had resumed from the prior evening. They scheduled a Senior Tech, Brandon, who came out and REPLACED thermostat with no additional questions. Brandon was AWESOME🤩 and AC knowledgeable😇! He setup and explained the enhanced functions of my upgrade thermostat thoroughly. I'm thankful for his seasoned demeanor in communicating with me.👏🏾 Well done customer service!🎯

Brandon from Webb Air has been amazing to work with. We had an issue with our unit and he was thorough in his investigation and came back with recommendations and a path forward that not many HVAC companies would recommend. They stay true to their word and work to find the best possible solution for you that will last. I will continue to come back to Webb Air and ask to work with Brandon every single time!

From start to finish Webb has been truly professional and extremely friendly. Brandon has been great with communication and explaining everything we had questions about. I actually had to restrict myself from messaging him too late in the evening when questions would pop in my head, because I knew he would answer despite not being at work any more. All workers that came to the house were extremely professional, polite, and eager to make our unfortunate situation better. Hector, Christian, Cade, Bryson, and a couple others really did an amazing job installing our new AC unit/air handler and performing a duct cleaning, and they have earned our long term loyalty.

I worked for my uncle's HVAC company down in the Austin area for a couple of summers in between college semesters - I picked up enough experience to know what a quality and trustworthy company looks, acts and performs like. Webb hit all the boxes - from inspecting my old system, to quoting a new one, I was able to trust them completely.
The install yesterday went smoothly and the pictures speak for themselves - clean, professional, and attention to detail. Timothy and Hector were my tech's and they were very professional the entire time, they made sure I felt comfortable with the install before they left and cleaned up after themselves as if they had never been there.
You can trust Webb Air to be honest, trustworthy, reliable and professional. They will be my HVAC company as long as we live here!

This is a great company to have to work on my HVAC. Always fair and they know how to diagnose things. They have treated every one I tell to call very well. They are definitely not telling you that you need a new system if you don't. That's hard to find these days.
