Walter and Jamie were excellent workers. The always greated me in the morning and let me know when they are leaving They were always on time. They kept me informed on all updates. They always cleaned up each day. They were two of the best workers i have in my home. I trusted them in my home. They worked around me with almost silence not disturbing me. When i need something they woukd pass my request on. They were also very safety conscious I recommend them with a very high rating. Excellent and Excellent. Wonderful job.

We signed up for the maintenance package with Webb Air after moving into our house. As a first-time homeowner, we did not know much about HVAC maintenance. The technician Timothy Swaim was professional, knowledgeable, and answered our million questions to know about the maintenance process a bit. He was very kind to help me and my friend too. So far, we are very pleased with the service with Tim and Webb Air. Highly recommended!

Webb installed a new unit a few years ago. It’s been efficient and runs like top even though I’ve neglected some maintenance. But beyond the high quality units they provide, they really shine in customer service and their techs are top notch. Always go above and beyond with clear instructions on what they are doing with more than fair pricing if repairs are needed. I can’t recommend them enough rather replacing or just wanting a reliable maintenance contract with a trustworthy team.

A big shoutout to Webb Air! I had a great team come out to take care of a clogged drain that had shut our AC system down. The office staff was super friendly too and facilitated getting someone out quickly. In triple digit heat that was much appreciated. Service technicians Brandon and Bryson immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing a section of the PVC pipe that was clogged. They fixed everything and had the house cooling again right away. A bonus was how nice and professional they were. I definitely felt that I was in capable hands with Webb Air. What a great company!

What a great first time experience using Webb Heating & Cooling! I needed help with our new AC system not cooling properly. And the company sent someone the same day I called. Rafael Elias was an outstanding technician. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand what our issues were and how best to manage them. Very impressive person and company. I recommend them highly.

So happy I called Webb! It really was a 100% great experience. Here's why: (1) although the real problem may not be the source of the error code, Jason the service manager was able to tell me the service charges for likely actions needed - after reading reviews of many companies online I wanted to know what kind of labor charges I might be looking at as some of the review mentioned exorbitant labor fees (2) an actual service time window - not sometime today, (3) arrived within the service time window - as it happens at the beginning of the window but I would have been happy for anytime in the window, (4) Brandon the service tech was great! He checked what needed to be checked based on the error codes and only replaced what actually needed to be replaced! He did not suggest any other replacements. Again, based on reviews I read for other companies there seem to be many inexperienced/commission driven service techs - NOT the case with Brandon. Additionally, Brandon showed me some other features on my unit that I never really paid attention to. Will definitely schedule maintenance with them in the fall.

Brandon is awesome! He came out the same day I called, explained what was going on with my AC unit and what my options were. He was very patient with my questions and very caring about my situation. I would highly recommend this company, Webb air and definitely ask for Brandon!

Brandon and Dylan were very professional and informative. We contacted Webb Air to get a second opinion on our unit. We had a different company quote us a ridiculous price to replace parts that were under warranty. This made us feel very stressed and unsure of what the next step was. After Brandon and Dylan came out and did their evaluation, they went over everything with us and put our minds at ease. They treated us like real people and not like other companies that are just in it for the money or in a hurry to get to their next appointment. Excellent customer service all around.

Called at 8:30am and Rafael was at our house by 10:30am. He had everything fixed by 11:30am. Very prompt service, and did not try to price gouge us. He let us know about their maintenance package, but was not pushy when we said we'd consider it later. Rafael was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Highly recommend Webb Air Heating and Cooling in Fort Worth. Two years ago when I moved into this house, I looked for a residential service company, researching many companies, looking at number of years in the business and positive reviews. Webb came out on top. I am very happy with their routine maintenance twice a year but I am exceedingly happy their response to the two separate after hour/on the weekend emergency calls I have had. This past weekend my AC unit had issues over Saturday night. On Sunday morning everyone from person that called me back to the service tech were super helpful. Dillon explained the problem and the fix. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I was again impressed with Webb and their service team. Great communication about appointment. On time and professional.
