Brandon was the best! Called out for an issue with the thermostat and basic maintenance. Brandon showed up on time and was quick and efficient. He diagnosed my issue with the thermostat quickly. Lucky for me the thermostat was covered by Webb’s insurance plan which was purchased by the previous home owner.

The thermostat needed replacing and within 24 hrs I was contacted by Webb. Can’t remember who called me but she was so nice and very understanding when I explained I was out of town and needed them to come in a few days to install.

Brandon answered all of my questions making it easy for me to understand and walked me through my new thermostats operation.

This is an honest company who will treat you right.

No one wants to buy a HVAC system for their house but with Texas weather you can’t do without one. Our home HVAC system was ready to stop working so a friend recommended that I contact Webb Air Conditioning on Riverside in Fort Worth, TX. I made the call and someone came to the house, talked about the types of systems that were available and recommended systems that would be best suited for our needs. Once we decided the unit that we wanted Jason Reed, Webb AC supervisor, started the process by measuring where the unit was going to go and then placed the order. He talked about every step in the process so there were no surprises as work proceeded. On installation day two technicians arrived and began working on the installation. They worked right through lunch without stopping to eat to get our unit working for us as soon as possible. We have not had any problems with the HVAC system since it was installed. Webb AC has contacted me several times to see how the unit was doing and if I had any problems or questions. I do not want to buy another HVAC but if I have to buy one I am going to call Jason Reed at Webb Air Conditioning.

Great service and a very knowledgeable technician. Dillon checked all of the possible causes for the problem and clearly explained what he was doing. Our unit is aging, but there was zero pressure to replace the whole system like I have experienced with other HVAC repair companies. After all of the troubleshooting, Dillon’s diagnosis was correct, part replaced, and our system is as good as new. Great job, we highly recommend Webb Air.

Called Webb Air out because our A/C stopped blowing. Awesome office staff answered my questions and was able to send someone out same day, and they fixed the issue within 40 minutes! Seamless experience, and I would recommend Webb Air to EVERYONE!!! 10 out of 10!!

A three-man crew spent eight hours today installing a new HVAC system. Our old one lasted 50 years (!) and finally gave up the ghost.

This was a huge, difficult job. It seemed like a miracle by the end.

I love the system and am also appreciative of how stress-free they made the process. They protected our hardwood floors very conscientiously and cleaned up well.

They were very polite and affable. They made me feel relaxed by being good hands!

The price was $13K and seems very fair considering the complexity of the physical equipment and the labor involved with installation.

Although I did not move forward with an HVAC replacement at this time, I will certainly come back to Webb Air for another quote when the time comes, thanks to Brandon’s professionalism and expertise. Brandon was personable and incredibly helpful, taking a generous amount of time to walk me through the parts of my HVAC system and letting me know what I should look out for as an owner of an older home. I especially appreciated that Webb Air provided me with four quotes at different price levels, whereas another company only gave me one. I never felt pressured to commit to a purchase, which makes me all the more certain I’ll revisit their services in the future.

My furnace went out after hours, and I called Webb Air’s emergency line. Within 20 minutes, I received a call back from Brandon Bolton. He was extremely professional and immediately got things moving. A technician, Pablo Benavides, arrived in under two hours. Pablo was friendly, professional, and thorough in checking the entire system. He quickly identified the issue and had our furnace up and running in no time.

Most importantly, he was honest. We originally called Webb Air for a second opinion because One Hour Heating & Air tried to scare us into thinking we had a carbon monoxide leak and needed a whole new system. Pablo confirmed it was just a simple fix—saving us a lot of money and stress.

Webb is the real deal! Bryson was out in less than 24 hours on a weekend and quickly diagnosed the issue as a simple fix; something that a competitor's "technician" deemed as catastrophic. Rafael was out the following day with parts and tools and had everything running within an hour. Got a new motor at a great price and was extremely pleased with service from every individual I spoke with. This took place back in August 2025 and the quick service was much appreciated given the high heat.

My whole experience with the Webb Air team was top notch replacing my central furnace/AC with a heat pump. Brandon reviewed my needs, documented the system to be replaced and the space available, estimated the options, re-estimated an additional option as the project became clearer, and answered a blizzard of questions. I always want to understand what I am buying, and Brandon patiently answered all of my questions - fully. Then Hector and Christian worked some magic. They installed the system carefully, incorporating improvements over the previous installation to make it durable, maintainable and future proof. I asked them another stream of questions, and they answered them completely. The final installation is much nicer than I had envisioned. The work site is far better now than before they arrived. Ed supported the process to keep it on schedule and answered questions, too. So far, the system works exactly as they had described. I hope these fellows stay at Webb Air for my future needs.

Great service!

Showed up and screwed up our a.c. unit instead of repairing it. When confronted about it trys and denies it. Then wants to be super rude and laughs about his screw up telling me it's my problem now to deal with!

Trey was very informative and was the most thorough of any of the guys that have been out. I highly recommend him for your AC work.

Horrible company don’t use them. The guy that came out was working on my heat when the carbon monoxide detector went off, I opened all the windows and doors and it seemed to stop. I rechecked the detector after he left and the batteries were missing, who takes the batteries out of a carbon monoxide detector? We could have died in the night if there was a serious leak of it and no one would have known.

they came to my house 4 separate times to attempt to fix a vent that was leaking condensation. after the 4th time i thought it was finally fixed so i bought a new dresser..... that is now water damaged. if you want something fixed the first time (or even the second, third or fourth time), don’t call them!

One of the guys came and actually looked at everything. Immediately found the problem and saved us thousands of dollars. I highly recommend these people because they actually check it all.
