Edwin at infinity heating & air conditioning is the best hvac installer in dfw area. He has installed lennox units in both houses i have lived in over the last 7 years. His quotes are fair and he backs up his work with a warranty. I refer this company to friends family and coworkers. Highly would recommend over anyone else.

When I made the appointment, they actually sent me a text with the Bio/Picture of Roger, the Technician, so I’d be aware of who to expect at my door for my safety & peace of mind, which I absolutely adore!😁
They are SO professional (arrived on time too) & will not only take their time explaining & educating you about your systems (I have 2), Roger did NOT make me feel rushed if I wanted to ask questions❗️👍🏼

I went for their ac tune package. The guy came and hose the outside unit down..i asked him some technical questions he had 0 knowledge. i asked why my air handler unit in bathroom is dripping too much, then he realized he forgot to clean the drain pan for the inside unit which he charge me $150 extra to clean it which was like 2 min job. he left a big mess in my bathroom and left the pvc to drain untied. I do not recommend this to anyone. i paid 200 for this low standard service which anyone can do at their home watching YouTube videos. pathetic.

Morgan came out to look at my Hvac units for replacement. He is very honest and knowledgeable and let you know which is the best options. Not everyday you meet people like him! I would refer friends and family to TemperaturePro for their outstanding service.

They made sure they were exactly on time. Technician fixed my problem very quickly and none problematic. The technician was very professional, friendly, and ready to work. The people over the phone were very nice. They were also very adamant about fixing my problem as promptly as possible on my schedule.

The new full replacement was installed in 6 hours by a team of very efficient and polite workers. It's only been up and running for one full day, but so far it's all working perfectly. The whole process was very smooth, I will update the review if any thing changes.
