TemperaturePro is the best! They have done work for me four times over the past three years. The technicians are always very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never felt taken advantage of by this company. TemperaturePro is the only one I will call for my AC work.

Cory Hatton was our technician and he was awesome. Cory was able to come early and was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great personality. Unfortunately, he had some bad news for me about my unit. This was not unexpected and Cory called for his supervisor to come out also to confirm his diagnosis of needing a new compressor. Jordan Thompson was also very professional and personable and a replacementunit was arranged. Your operation is very top notch from my experience.

Excellent professional service. We had one of our older AC units malfunction because it was old(20 years), the first technician came, gave us an overall diagnosis and recommendation for the system. He was very knowledgeable. Being that in the Texas heat, AC’s are a must almost. We went ahead and had them replace the whole unit. They did not pressure us into taking either route, but simply diagnosed the problem and recommended multiple solutions. We went ahead with what we wanted to go with. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER SO FAR. If anything changes, we will repost. But happy now. Will recommend and use in the future.

I called them because our old heating system was experiencing difficulties. I originally thought that the heating system needed to be replaced. Tech arrived on time and showed up to be polite, respectful, knowledgeable and skilled. He carefully examined the heating system when he arrived and was able to solve the issue. After settling the initial issue, he tuned up the boiler and found another issue that required attention. As a result of not having to buy a new furnace, I saved big bucks. I can still use my heating system now. I heartily support them.

Called TemperaturePro after the company we had originally picked to install new AC units closed its business up - TemperaturePro came out and gave us a quote for the same work within $800 of the same price.
Update: two new AC units installed - installers arrived on time and with prior notice, the technicians were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Units are running great and so far I'm very pleased with the service!

Cory was amazing!! He and his assistant went above and beyond to help us out. They were super helpful and took the time to figure things out for us. What was supposed to be a routine maintenance turned into a much bigger issue and they were committed to figuring it out. We definitely recommend!!

Scheduling was very easy with the owner Ed and received text and email alerts before and after our appointment with a picture and info of the technician. Brandon came out and did a full heat check and advised that our capacitor was in decline and our ignitor and flame sensor needed replaced. He quickly took care of the job for a very fair price, and booked us for the maintenance package so we would have a free checkup for next spring and fall. I highly recommend the team at Temperature Pro for your heating and cooling needs! 😉

Josh and Pierre were awesome. They were polite, respectful of my home, and provided excellent customer service. They even offered to change a light bulb and take out the trash! They did a tune-up on both my AC units. The air is now blowing stronger and colder than before. I would definitely use this company again.

Brandon Harvey, our sales professional, is truly amazing. We purchased a new unit yesterday, but it’s going to be 4-5 days before they can install it. In the meantime, the temperature in our house was quickly rising because it had been so hot outside. Luckily, Brandon was determined to temporarily repair our old unit so we could be comfortable in the meantime. He drove to their shop, after hours on a FRIDAY, then came back and installed the part himself. He didn’t leave our house until 9:45PM. Kudos to Brandon and the rest of the staff at TemperaturePro for providing such a high level of customer service!

Thanks all of you at (R'10 HVAC and AC Repair Fort Worth TX), for resolving the issues we were having getting the new LP Gas Heater System made by Miller up and running for our Modular Home, so far it's doing great.
