The rental company I use hired this company to come out and look at my unit. My unit and thermostat have been off since Saturday. It was a emergency service I requested but it is now Monday and still have not heard a word from them the emergency services phone services is a joke they have no update on when someone will be able to come out just that they have received my messages. I do not suggest using this company this is ridiculous to allow a emergency call to go on multiple days without even a phone call.

I am for sure NOT recommending this company at all! To begin with the Customer Service Representative (Yvonne) was extremely RUDE with no compassion for the needs of their CUSTOMERS! She just plainly did not care at all and was just the worst human being ever put on a customer service position. Yvonne needs another type of employment.

I put in a request yesterday to have my A/C checked because it wasn't cooling properly. AC services has already come out and took care of getting us cool again! The technician Seth was so polite and assured me he would get everything back up and running soon. He kept me informed as he checked each room and outside of what was going on. World Class Service! Words cannot describe how amazing James "Owner", Garrett - Son and most importantly the Service Tech - Quinton! As you can imagine when your A/C shots down at 5:00pm and it is Hot one in Texas - alot of stress and fear of what next...Not in this case - from the initial call, arrival of field tech and communication with the Owner to verify concern - leave go get required part return promptly and repair - We now have a/c - my family and dogs are so grateful! I would recommend this Company and will to any one that I know or meet! Thank you so much to James, your organization and team! Customer Service 100%

everyone was very helpful. The lady i talked to on the phone was very nice and the guy that showed up was extremely respectful and fixed my unit very fast. i felt like they were actually trying to help me instead of just there to do a job

I will not recommend this place nor use their services ever. Worst customer service I ever received. Yvonne receptionist is rude, Johnny the technician is not trust worthy. They don't follow through and keep their promises to call. They did not fix my ac, instead saying nothing is wrong with my unit and were very rude about it. The technician told me he will call me back just to get me off the phone and he never called back. When I tried to call him the next day, he refused to answer the phone. I will not even give them 1 star but I had to in order to submit my review.

I had to have an entire system replaced in my apartment and fully expected it to take all day. Instead in at 9am out by 1pm the system running like a champ. Everyone in the company that we've encountered, from the receptionist to the technicians are incredibly kind and understanding.

Not only that, but the technicians are honest and will try their best to accommodate your needs.

Can't recommend them enough!

Whatever you do, do not hire this company. My experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster. They installed an AC system in my home, and the job was so poorly done that the tubing is exposed outside the unit when it should have been installed inside the house. This kind of negligence is simply unacceptable.

The AC has since broken down, and despite numerous requests for urgent repairs, they have failed to respond in a timely manner. The AC ran continuously all night due to what seems like a leak, causing the lights in my house to flicker nonstop. The temperature inside is unbearable, and this situation is seriously affecting my family’s health, particularly my son who has health conditions.

The company's lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer welfare is shocking. They do not care about the quality of their work or the well-being of their customers. Under no circumstances should you trust this company with something as important as your AC system. Look elsewhere—this company is not worth the risk or the hassle.
