My AC blower stopped and my regular AC guy was unavailable for a couple of days. I read the reviews for FTW AC and decided to call. Sonny came out that day and was prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to provide a temporary fix to get my AC unit running. He also took the time to check the AC compressor and make sure there were no other issues. Even though he knew I was going to get my regular repairman to permanently fix the issue, he went out of his way to ensure that the unit was running properly and that I was satisfied with the service. I was very impressed with his knowledge, workmanship and his genuine care to help. I definitely recommend Sonny to help you with any AC issue.

Mr. Sonny has always been really kind and professional. He’s worked on our A/C unit twice. He fixed a leaky part, advised what repairs were a possibility in the future, and stood by the repair. He was also flexible with our budget and let us pay the invoice when we got paid the next week. I can’t tell you how thankful I was. The repair held up and works great. We also installed our own nest thermostat, but was running into an issue with the AC running cold. I called after 5pm on a Friday and he came out within 30 minutes. He was honest about what he thought it was, completed the repair and now AC blows cold again! We were so thankful for his timely response and professionalism. He stands by his work and will come out again if something else comes up. We will be a return customer if we need our HVAC system serviced again. 10/10 Absolutely Recommend.

I called at 8am for emergency AC repair on my old Westcliff home and Sonny arrived before noon. He had the issue identified , fixed, and house cooling within half an hour. He was very upfront about cost and did a little maintenance while he was here to help the system run more efficiently. Fast, friendly, and honest. Sonny was a lifesaver. Summer hit and our AC quit. When other companies said they could see us four days later, Sonny said he’d be there on the same day we called by Noon — not to mention that same day was a Saturday! Sonny was honest, efficient and financially fair. While we are still talking to Sonny about installing a new unit, in less than 2 hours he had our existing unit back up and cooling. I appreciated that Sonny took the time to explain everything that was done and why. Very impressed!

We had a blower motor making all kinds of crazy noises. I can tell it was on its last legs. Of course, it had to happen on Saturday. I spoke with Sonny and scheduled an appointment that following Monday morning. He ran a little later than expected, but texted me letting me know. It was fine though, because he made up for it by having the replacement part on-hand and completed the job within an hour. I would definitely use this company again.

Sonny was absolutely wonderful to work with. He responded quickly and was very patient in listening to my concerns. My air conditioner was not shutting off and he was able to find the part that needed to be fixed as well as checked the rest of the unit out. Turns out there was another filter that had also gotten sucked into the unit and gave me advice on the best filters to use for my system! Very enjoyable to work with and upfront about cost and the problem! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with AC issues or concerns in the Fort Worth area!

Sonny and his team were the best! Our A/C decided to quit cooling during the hottest days. Sonny helped us and made sure we were cool even when waiting for parts. He called the manufacturer and was able to get parts quickly. He is good at responding and does what he says he will. His team was efficient, tidy in the workspace, and kind. We are very happy to be back in the cool and will be using Sonny for all of our A/C needs.

Had my stop cooling while I was at work and came home to house hotter than it was outside. I was really worried because I have a dog that's really old and stresses easily. Sonny was super nice and helpful. These guys came in at their next available time, got it fix quickly, so we could get the house cooked back down. Definitely recommend!

My air conditioning went out at midnight on Saturday night. By 8:30am Sunday morning, I had a reply back from Fort Worth Air and a scheduled time same day Sunday for service. I got a heads up call they were on the way. They arrived on time and my air conditioner was fixed within an hour. Great customer service!

They came through on everything they promised. They received the two air units on time, arrived on time, finished in the estimated time. Also kept us posted along the way. After the installation Sonny very carefully explained how both units work, installation of filters, etc. Very honest and friendly!! Can’t recommend this company enough! It is difficult to find honest, hard-working crew and I especially like that they are a small business and support local!

Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc. was referred to us by our neighbors after we discovered our AC slowly wasn't cooling like it normally does. I texted Sonny on a Sunday and set up an appt. for Monday. He was there when he said he would be. Diagnosed the issue and found that is was under the manufacture warranty. With the current outside temps near 100 degrees was able to get the part ordered and installed on Thursday. I arrived home to our home cooling. Sonny kept texting during the evening to make sure it was still cooling. Also, I would like to say Thank you to your crew for bringing my garbage cans down to the house from the street. We will be using them for any future needs and regular maintenance. Thank you again Sonny and crew. Y'all are the best.

On a holiday weekend Sonny was happy to schedule something the day I called. He was in area earlier then our appointment and asked if he could come by early. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem. Another 15 to fix and get my cool air flowing again.

Following up after another great experience with Sonny. A few years after our first experience, had a capacitor go out and Sonny walked me through steps to help cool down the house. Was able to come out promptly and get the problem fixed quickly. Again, great service.

I have been using Fort Worth Air Co for my A/C servicing for over 5 years. They have always done a great job. Great customer service, always worked with my schedule, and I never got the feeling I was being taken advantage of. This year my A/C was on its last leg. I knew it was only a matter of time before I would be without any cool air, which is a death sentence in Texas. I called three companies to come give me estimates. Never heard back from one, another one took two weeks to give me an estimate and didn't seem to care at all, and then there was FTW Air. First off, scheduling was great. The office staff was very nice and helpful. Sonny came out personally for my estimate on a Friday afternoon on short notice. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over all aspects of the installation process. He even suggested moving my AC over to be more efficient. This would not cost me any extra money but would cost them more time. They gave me a fair price and there was no question who I was going with. We were able to schedule the installation quickly. On that day, Sonny was there again to ensure everything went well. Everything went great. They spent the time needed to make sure everything was working at peak performance. As a side note, they also did some other side work for me in my yard without any hesitation and didn't even charge me. I was very impressed with them. Martha, their office manager, even stopped by to check in with us. It has been about three months since I got my new A/C and it is working like a champ!! Long story short, they've earned a customer for life. The process was easy and their customer service is top notch. Very glad I went with them.
