I contacted the company for a quote for sod install. The estimate was reasonable in comparison to others. By the end of the week, the install was complete. It looks excellent. John and his crew paid attention to detail with preparing the areas and installing the sod. They also were very careful in working around my sprinkler system. Also had them trim a tree while here. I highly recommend Semper Fi Landscaping for your next job!

I contacted John to get an idea of what it would cost to “clean up” my overgrown landscaping. He replied very quickly and set up a time to come out and give me an estimate that same day. The price he quoted was very reasonable for the amount of work I was wanting done. I’m very pleased with the completed job, and I’m already trying to figure out how else I can use him in my future landscaping needs.

I have used Semper Fi Landscaping for over 2 years. The owner is very professional, gets the job done in a timely manner and cleans up after himself. Most importantly, I can trust that he'll do whats asked and show up on time. I have a small business that I run from home so it's important that my yard is kept up. Although they have many clients, I always feel like I'm a priority.

Johnny was a pleasant and friendly professional who stopped by my house at noon to give me a quote. I had 2 overgrown shrubs to be cut down to the ground. I also had another 9 overgrown shrubs; 2 large round bushes; 2 mid size round bushes; 3 small round bushes; and about 24'-long border shrubs to be trimmed. Johnny came back with 3 other people on the same day and took care of everything in a matter of a few hours! And they took all the cut branches and leaves with them. There were no mess (left over leaves and all) after they left. I was impressed with the cleanliness because our lawn mowers who come once a week just blow the clippings that land on pavement back into my lawn. I hate that. Letting grass clippings decompose on lawn is NOT like getting free fertilizer. Those clippings and fallen leaves actually rot my Zoysia grass! So, I was very happy that took everything with them. Those people with good manners and common sense are hard to find nowadays. Thank you Johnny!

Semper Fi did a phenomenal job here at my home from the moment I contacted them to the end product. Truly professional! If you are looking for landscaping projects, give these outstanding veteran a call ASAP.

Mr. Turner trimmed back some of our trees as well as building a new frame around my garden bed in the back yard a few weeks ago. Today was the first time he came and mowed, trimmed and edged our yard. We are having him come bi-weekly to maintain the yard and as needed fertilizing etc. He is a fair priced and honest person. He does what he says he will do and is prompt and courteous. The work done today was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend his services.

UPDATE 5/1/21: After setting up to mow every 2 weeks we never heard back from Mr. Turner. Our grass is out of control due to him not showing up. We had to find another outfit to take over because of Mr. Turners lack of response. They started out great but after the spot he put us in I have to edit the above review. He does not show up as promised and we cannot in good faith recommend him to anyone.

John did a great job prepping a yard for real estate photo's. He clearly cares about doing a great job and makes sure customer expectations are met. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew. All were professional and responsive.

John Turner, the owner, was very fair priced and did excellent work. He built my flower bed exactly how I had envisioned it and even helped prepare another bed for me. He’s a veteran and so is my husband, so they had lots to talk about! I’m so glad I found him on line! I highly recommend him for any landscaping jobs you have!

John came out to give an estimate on a large project and advised us on a better process, even though it meant less revenue to his company. We hired them for a large flower bed refurbishment and preparation for planting. They did a great job, on time and left the area in good shape. Glad to have found a black owned, former military, local company. We will definitely consider him for future needs.
