Dependable, professional, and extremely kind. Was able to get my trees trimmed after everything was finished because I wanted them prepared for winter and I didn’t think ahead. Will use again!

To summarize very briefly the work done to my house:
1. Used flimsy plastic downspout extenders into the concrete.
2. Drainage piping was corrugated, cheap, and not graded correctly.
3. Concrete not graded correctly led to water build up against foundation of house.
4. Concrete isn't level, leads to pooling in spots after rain = damage.
5. Concrete and decorative stone siding cracked and mortar failed after 1 month. I'm talking pervasive crisscrossing cracks across the entire work.
6. Excess concrete and trash were dumped in a secluded spot on my property.

In short - I had to hire another Company to fix all of the problems these guys made. Please do not hire.

John is absolutely unresponsive when problems arise - AND THEY WILL - after completion of his work. We had to hire a licensed electrical contractor to correct work that was not up to code. In addition, we had to repair concrete and stone work installed by his "stone masons".
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Truly terrible company with even worse integrity. Stay away use a competitor they will do a terrible job however they want and not according to what you ask for, and then they won’t respond when you need to communicate. They wrecked our lawn and after good faith reaching out to ask them about fixing they completely disappeared like the circus. Fitting. Don’t give them your business. They are bad for our community. I’ve posted their information and horrible job on our community Facebook also so hopefully no one else gets screwed over by them

We contracted with elite design to build a new outdoor living space at our home on the lake. We are very pleased with the final outcome. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion, the crews were very friendly and professional. Family orientated, John is very productive, responsive, and helpful!

We just completed a large outdoor living area and new pool deck, and we couldn't be happier! We met with several landscape contractors before being introduced to Elite Design Landscape from a neighbor. From the moment we met with the owner, we knew that this company works on a different level than most. He actually "listened" to what we wanted, and 5 days later, he provided us with the most detailed design we've ever seen, along with a complete cost breakdown (not nearly as expensive as we assumed). The work began and progressed very smoothly, we were kept informed every day, and the crews were very professional. We had no need to micromanage like we have so many times in the past, these guys really know their stuff, they work very hard and got the job done right - and on time. We're very pleased and would highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could leave no stars, I would. I wish I had done more research when looking for a landscape company. We hired John and his company to install a drainage system in our yard to solve our flooding issues. It seemed to be a good experience, John seemed to know what he was doing and was so personable. The day after he finished the job and got the rest of our $, we had a huge rain storm that showed us that the system had some major flaws. The entire thing had water backing up into our yard and not sending the water where it was supposed to. I contacted John and he said he would come in a few days to check out the problem. He did not come. Then he said he would send his “helper” to see what the problem was...no one came. After calling and leaving numerous messages and sending numerous emails to both him and the office, we gave up hope of ever hearing from him. We are out over $4,000 and now have to pay more money to another company to come out and fix his mistakes. If you do hire this company, you better pray that he does the job right, or you will not hear back from him after he gets his money from you!

Wonderful experience working with this company. From the highly detailed design and estimate to the installation, everything was performed with great professionalism and ease. There was never any sales pressure, they listened to exactly what we wanted and they arrived slightly under budget with the pricing. The workers were very friendly and respectful to our home and family. As an Engineer, I can be quite critical at times, but I have nothing but praise for Elite Design Landscape. My family and I thank you for a great job.

Excellent experience. From the initial contact to the completion of our job, the communication was great. We love our new backyard outdoor living space. Super creative design and great crews - very friendly. Everybody was so happy to show up to work everyday; something we haven't experienced in the past. Very well-managed company. They take very good care of their customers and their employees. A+

This is by far this most terribly ran business that I have ever used. They are not organized and often reschedule lawn care appointments or even no show. DO NOT USE THEM. They don’t communicate with you and seem to be overbooked and cannot handle their schedule.

I booked a special appointment with them over a month ago and confirmed with them twice. They were to trim my small garden as they had done before and trim my grass. First they said their trimmers were broken and they would get back to me. I never heard from them. I had to contact them. Then they tell me that they were too busy to contact me to let me know since I was not on a regular maintenance schedule that trimming would be extra. But I have been a customer for a year??? I literally saw them pull up to my house and immediately speed off. At this point my lawn care should be free with this horrible service.

I will find a more reputable company to work with. Just awful!!!! If I could give no stars I would.

Rodney and his team does great work, whether it’s cutting grass, preening bushes, mulching, or power washing. They take pride in the quality of their work. Would definitely recommend.

Good guys lawn and fence is a phenomenal company. I booked them for all 6 of my rental properties at 8:00 Friday morning and got a text complete with pictures showing completion the very same day by 2:00. Fast, reliable,thorough.
They will do all of my lawn care from here on out.
