Just moved to a new house in Haslet about 6 months ago. Called to check on getting our septic system pumped out. It was not full, that I knew of, but the previous owners did not know when it was last pumped. I wanted to catch it before it got full and caused an issue. JR told me he could have someone out the same day. He gave me the price over the phone which was very reasonable. Hayden showed up later and professionally explained everything while working to find where our tank was located because we had no clue where it was. Once uncovered we found the drain line hole was clogged. Hayden offered to clear the hole, jet it out, and pump the line out for an additional fee, but would have to come back with someone else the following day. I wanted it done right, so I said, let’s do it. Hayden & David showed up the next morning when Hayden said they would. Hayden text me when they were about 15 minutes away. Both Hayden & David are younger, but showed maturity and professionalism of someone a lot older. They worked all day and made sure everything was done the right way. They found a collapsed pipe on the other side of my tank which goes to my drain line and fixed it as well. When it came time to pay, the bill was about 20 percent less than quoted. This never happens. I would 100 percent recommend USA Septic to anyone.
