Our 2 year old AC unit quit working on a Sunday evening. I called Hawks after hours thinking there was a big possibility we weren't going to reach anyone. However thankfully they answered and they sent a technician out within roughly an hour after my call. With the summer heat, and 3 kids we were so greatful! Daniel was our technician and he was great! He was very personable and went above and beyond. He was very thorough as he checked everything over, walked my husband through some things, fixed the issue and even gave us some feedback on our duct work that could improve the temperature and airflow in our house. The service we received was exceptional from start to finish. We can't recommend this company enough! Thank you so much!

Had an issue with the toilets flushing, they came right away on a weekend, took care of the problem, even reasonably priced for a weekend emergency. Chris did a great job showing the issue and what needed to be done to fix it in the future

Edit: Chris returned a few weeks later after we went ahead with his recommendation to repair damage done to our pipes by roots. He was prompt, thorough and got the job done quickly.

The tech that came out to my job lake country dental was very educated, very professional and super informative and quick. Definitely recommend this company! I called this morning for an A/C repair and they called me within minutes and got a tech out within the hour, highly impressed!

My 25 year old water heater started leaking water from the bottom of the unit. I called a competitor and when they came it seamed like I was talking to a Flimflam Man, I was not going to be taken advantage of, I asked them to leave. My second call was to Hawk Pluming. Melinda Pruneda answered the phone, I knew this was the right choice, she transfer me to Mike Tyes service manager for Hawk, he knew I was in a jam. Next Katie Lotis who schedule the person that came out. Jason Rainey ( the Plumber ) is extremely professional and easy to talk with so the customer knows what is going. Chris was early to the appointment and called when he was on the way! He quickly assessed the issue and got to work on the specific needs, even adding a threaded joint to help my installation. Chris made very good recommendations and was quick with the work. I appreciate the conversations and the great work performed.
