Daniel performed a winter checkup on our heating system. He demonstrated impressive knowledge and was very detail oriented. Provided a comprehensive review of everything he inspected and serviced. Thorough cleanup was very much appreciated.

Could not recommend them enough! Last minute call for AC not cooling with a baby in the house they came out same day and took care of it. This was the second very good experience we have had with Hawk in a little over a month. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. Anthony, George. Travis and his helper were all magnificent. In other words, a typical Hawk experience.

Called and was seen within 3 hours. Technician was able to fix a different company’s work and for a much better price. Dwayne was super helpful and kind about the whole experience. We were left super happy and stress-free.

Caring Customer Service is indeed Hawks mission. My Air Conditioner stopped working after a thunderstorm induced series of power outages. I contacted Hawk and initially they could not make it to my location until the next day, due to ongoing severe storms and already scheduled service jobs. I told the Scheduler/dispatcher I would check with other companies about same day service.
The Hawk scheduler/dispatcher called me back several hours later and wanted to know if I still needed air conditioner repairs. I told her yes, and she said she would send a technician over immediately.
The technician arrived shortly thereafter. He said he had worked through the downpours, using his umbrella, so he could get service calls completed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my ac running again.
I am very impressed that Hawk called me back to check on my problem and with the dedicated technician who work through inclement weather to provide quality service to their customers.
Hawk is my go to service provider for ac-heating and plumbing ( I had Hawk repair a main line water shut off valve for me a couple of years ago.) issues.

Great service. Very flexible time frames. I had them come out to check my dishwasher drain and garbage disposal was working properly and they were fantastic. Also my dogs loved them which tells you they are of good character! Highly recommend.

He thoroughly reviewed each area of concern, assessed the causes, explained the reasons for each area of failure. He efficiently completed all work that could be executed today, ordered necessary parts for remaining repairs, and provided options for each solution. Chris is always courteous, respectful of my home, and professional in his work and communications.

I’ve had two experiences with Hawk—one last summer for AC and one last week for two leaky toilets. Each time they were professional and very fair on pricing. Anthony showed up last week and pinpointed the problems, fixed them, and was done in less than 90 minutes.
My only regret is not learning about them from my neighbors when my water heater blew. I got ripped off on that by another outfit.

I was going to get one bad wall valve replaced for a toilet. Very reasonable price. The techs Chris and Ryan offered to replace the valves for all three toilets while they were here. Since the valves were over 20 years old and weren’t in the greatest shape due to having two sons, and since Hawk had a discount for replacing multiple valves, I got all three replaced. Chris and Ryan were very thorough and efficient.

Chris with Hawk Plumbing was excellent to deal with. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and completed the replacement of our gas hot water heater.
