I had Team Enoch replace my AC unit for my house and they did an excellent job from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything neat and professional. They explained what they were doing, answered my questions clearly, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. Pricing was transparent and straightforward without the need of running circles with a salesman. Highly recommend

The best part was that they actually came out the same day as I called. That is worth more than anything to me. And Chris the technician was fabulous. He explained everything and answer all my dumb questions.

Mario from Enoch came in and did a fantastic job installing my high voltage Tesla charger. Very nice and cordial. Highly recommend these guys!

We called in Friday evening and needed a Tesla Wall Connector install ASAP. They had me on schedule within minutes for Saturday morning. The electrician, Lorenzo/Leo, finished the installation super quick and addressed all our concerns. He even cleaned up the mess after. Great experience.

Casey H. Was very professional and kept us up to date on every step of the cleaning and repair work. He also suggested that we should install a Halo light system to cut down on the dust in the house. I purchased the Halo online and Casey will be coming out to install it next week.

This was our first time to use Team Enoch and we were very satisfied. We had several electrical projects done including installing dedicated circuits for a treadmill & two patio heaters. They also replaced fluorescent light fixtures in our garage with regular sockets for LED bulbs & installed a new ceiling fan. They were polite, professional and efficient. We would use them again.

Very thorough and efficient. I just called for Enoch an AC check up since I hadn't had one in 5 years, since they originally installed it in 2020. The technician came, was extremely thorough, polite, and careful. He answered all of my questions so that I could easily understand. He even the vacuumed after he was through. I very highly recommend Enoch air conditioning to anyone needing their service.

We wanted to have our heating and cooling system inspected before the winter as some time had passed since it had been installed. Zach from Enoch arrived on time and, after we confirmed our reason for reaching out, efficiently explained what tests he would be running and got to work. We had a few questions and concerns that he answered to our satisfaction. At all points of the visit he was engaged and forthcoming with relevant information.

I had all my 3 units replaced in 1 day. Excellent team replacing the units, very easy to work with team Enoch from quotes to install to payment. I did not replace in time to see the improvement for the hottest months but do think I see a quite significant drop in my bill. TY

I’m not sure how this company has such good reviews. The communication or their end is awful. We had an appointment scheduled and never got any updates after it was set. On install day the tech was running late and nobody even called or texted us. We had to do that ourselves to find out what happened.

When the tech came he made a bunch of excuses instead of just apologizing and getting to work. We had to make time for them to come and cancel things. When you promise something to a customer, deliver on that promise. Otherwise don’t promise.

When speaking to a representative from the company, she also doubled down on poor excuses instead of making things right.

The person that came to install the equipment dressed in regular street clothes and looked like he was going out for a night of drinking instead of looking professional.

He also appeared to have no idea on how to properly install the equipment since he had to FaceTime someone asking for directions on what to do. I get that he might be new but when he opened the electrical panel, it’s like he saw a ghost.

We ended up cancelling the appointment and going with a different company who came on time, looked professional and even charged us hundreds of dollars less because of how simple the install was. Same certifications this company has from Tesla.

We had Enoch replace all the receptacles and switches in our kitchen remodel. They did a great job and had great communication, along with really good pricing. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Team Enoch. I chose to go with them because they serviced my AC a few years ago. I haven't had a need for their services (thank God) because they did a great job. When I needed a check on water heater (because it was leaking) they came out pretty quick and had a tech look at it. The tech was knowledgeable and was able to explain what was wrong with it. So here we are, it was pretty quick to get an appointment and the staff was so nice! They told me the name of my tech and despite not being available the day they said, they made up for it by letting me know in advance and came out the next day. I was pleased with Caleb and his manners. He walked me through the process and got right to work. I'm very happy with the work and service. They reached out to me to ensure everything was done right. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing service on their home.

I contacted Team Enoch to have a Tesla wall charger installed after reading all the positive reviews. They were also recommended on the Tesla website. Lorenzo showed up on time and did an amazing job! The charger is exactly where I wanted it and looks very clean and professional. It’s nice to find someone who really takes pride in their work. My service tech was Brandon and he was great. On time. Good communication. Was careful to protect our floors while inside. Showed me the readings he saw and explained their meaning. Highly recommended.

Team Enoch was absolutely amazing! I bought a house where they had installed a hot water heater, but the hot water heater was not doing its job when I moved in! Chad from Enoch figured out the problem and quickly resolved it!

Love this company! First time I used them through Angi, and it went so good I used them directly the next need we had. Both techs we've used were professional and efficient. They called ahead of time, were very easy to schedule with, and we will 100% be using them as our plumbing company moving forward. Delvan is awesome and educated me on our new outdoor faucet, what to expect, etc. Highly recommend.

We had to replace our HVAC system. After seeing nothing but good reviews on Nextdoor, we called Team Enoch....very glad we did. Cameron, in sales, told us about several options explaining the benefits & prices of all of them without any "hard sell" tactics or pressure. The prices were the most reasonable that we'd heard & settled on one. The installation men were a pleasure to have in our home & did a thorough & neat job...system looks & works great. The lead installer, Brian, demonstrated all of the functions & procedures to set the system. We're very pleased with what we purchased.....wishing we could give them 10 stars.
