I had Berkeys install 3 HVAC and 2 water heater tanks. I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with the quality of the installation. Their prices are also very competitive. In addition, I had the need for a couple of follow up repairs that were covered under warranty. Last night there was a minor leak (most likely caused by the winter storm), I called them around 11pm, there were at my house at midnight and fixed the problem on the spot. Thus, I have peace of mind that they will take care of any issues very promptly. Thanks Berkeys.

This is my second time using Berkey’s and both times the technicians were highly skilled and super professional. The job was done right and quickly and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the work. Highly recommend!

Problem with a/c coming on. I called Berkeys around 3:39 on a Fri evening and got an appt for the next day. The office called me around 1 p. m. Sat to tell me tech would be here in 30 min. Christian was right on time and did a great job getting a/c running again. He was very knowledgeable and a super nice guy.
This is the usual service we get from Berkeys regardless of service needed. Granted it isn't the next day always, but they are usually very quick getting to you. We have an annual service contract so there was no charge for service. Wouldn't have another company for the services they offer. Having a contract, you get free annual check ups for electrical, a/c and plumbing and service calls. Not counting materials of course. It is easy to keep your home in good shape with Berkeys. I highly recommend!!

I had the duct cleaning done and both Damion and Lamont were courteous and professional. They explained the process and covered the areas where they were working. I was very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend Berkeys for all your plumbing needs.

They came out for a HVAC inspection.
They are very prompt and professional. They answer all questions to the best of their ability. Their work is very thorough. The only thing I could complain about is every time they come out the bill is so high! Both times the bill has been well over $1500.00 but again the service is amazing.

I had both a HVAC technician and an Electrician visit my residence to repair some ongoing breaker issues and to inspect my HVAC unit for the upcoming Summer months. Both technicians gave sound advice as what was needed to ensure continued and uninterrupted operations. All repair work was done professionally and on time. We had Two Appts. with the Technicians from "Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical" on 01/29/2026. First was for a Licensed Plumbing Technician (Eric Brunken) & the Second was for a Master Electrician (Edgar Zavala). The communication system with the Berkeys is great from the Receptionists to the Technicians. They inform you about 30 to 60 minutes ahead of when the Technician is headed to your home with the Technician's name & his picture which is great.

The Staff and the Technicians are very good at Berkeys. Both Mr. Brunken & Mr. Zavala were Well Mannered, Friendly but Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, they took their time in explaining their findings, gave recommendations for improvement where needed in the Plumbing & Electrical Systems of the house respectively and Mr. Brunken was very Meticulous in his Plumbing Work that he did at our house during this appt.

We have been with Bekeys since 2024, we have had quite a bit of work done in our house through them and we are very very happy with the company, their staff and their work. We wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Berkeys to anyone, to our friends and to our family.

I use Berkeys for electrical and plumbing. I am always satisfied and pleased with their service and quality. Recently had a hot water heater replaced and the technicians could not have been more helpful and professional. Thoroughly explained all the steps and process. We had a leak at our house with no idea, where it was coming from. We called Berkeys, and the assistant was gracious, responsive and provided the information and service that I needed. She got someone out to us later, on the same day. The technician, Derrick, was respectful and polite. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He detected the leak was from the dishwasher, and we needed to do some mitigation. He helped connecting us with a provider. We are still undergoing mitigation and replacement of flooring and cabinets, but working with Berkeys made the process a bit easier to manage. Great service, all round.

I had a problem with my gas meter & Atmos came out replaced it, turned off the gas and turned it back on and my hot water heater wouldn’t work.
Atmos was of no help to me. They told me to get somebody out to fix it and I could file a claim which I will. I doubt I’ll get anything but I will file a claim.
I contacted Berkeys to see about the special that they had for $1948 for a new water heater with 12 years parts and labor included and asked how quickly they could come out and replace it because I don’t think fixing it was worth it it was over 20 years old.
They worked with me scheduled it for the next day. The two technicians came about noon and we’re done by around 2:00pm
Mr Menedez and his assistant were very professional; walked me through every step of the way: when they were installing they let me know what was going on and also answered any questions that I had.
After the installation was complete, they made sure all of the lines worked and told me it would take a few hours for the hot water to heat which it did and it’s working now. Mr Menedez told me if I had any questions to contact them…
I am very pleased with the professionalism and the support of your office to get this done as soon as possible as the water heater that was there was not working and honestly almost 20 years old so not worth fixing.
I appreciate the follow up that I got from your office. I am saving the coupon because I definitely will recommend your service to anyone that I know that’s needing a hot water heater or any other services to be honest with you if they’re all as professional I greatly appreciate the quick response the quick fix and the quick follow up. My AC was having issues cooling and I reached out to Berkeys since I saw their truck in my neighborhood the day before. They responded quickly and had a tech over the next morning. He was super friendly, professional, went over my options and pricing. Showed me pictures and videos of his findings and I felt that he was transparent and honest. Chris Kohr and his team were outstanding from start to finish. He relocated and installed a brand-new electrical panel for us among a few other things like switch replacements. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, safely, and up to code while still taking the time to explain things.

Enoch technician Zack came to my house last week to replace an outdoor faucet that was leaking for a while. He installed a new hose bib and stopped the leak. Zack was polite, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I have nothing but praise for his workmanship and he rightly deserves a 5-star rating!
